ABOUT THIS SPACE Welcome to a beautiful, modern, delightful apartment that is fully air-conditioned throughout. This luxury apartment gives you a classic contemporary feel, recently renovated tastefully by a Chelsea interior designer.
This ground floor high end apartment in an elegant new dockside development, combines luxury city living with tranquility, moments from the King's Road. Located in a prime central London residential location, on the North Bank of the River Thames, and adjacent to the fashionable Chelsea Harbour.
This property sleeps four guests.
Each bedroom is tastefully furnished with high quality bed linen for warmth and comfort.
Arrival – upon arrival all guests will be met personally by the housekeeper and introduced to the property.
The property is professionally cleaned, and the bed linens and towels are replaced after each stay with freshly laundered supplies. Mid stay cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request for an extra charge
The master bedroom • king size bed with the added convenience of an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, toilet and sink • full length wardrobe and bedside table offering ample storage
The second bedroom • two single beds • the main bathroom is opposite this room The main bathroom has a classic contemporary feel with a dazzling modern finish featuring a bath, shower, toilet and sink
Kitchen and dining The fully equipped designed open plan kitchen complete with marble worktops and all modern appliances • Electric oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine • microwave oven and air fryer/oven this promotes a functional working space designed for cooking with plenty of storage.
The dining area features a four-seater stylish dining table and chairs surrounded by eye catching artwork creating a bright and stylish space to enjoy meals and entertain.
The terrace This beautiful terrace gives an added outdoor area to enjoy and relax in the open air featuring two comfortable, two-seater sofas and table.
Settle in comfortably with your snacks and immerse yourself in your favourite shows on the 55” LG Smart TV for an exceptional viewing experience (you will need to use your own personal log in details and passwords for Netflix and Prime, etc)
Location This fabulous location has a bus stop one minute away and The Imperial Wharf Station is four minutes’ walk away and offers easy accessibility to any location. The River Thames and pathways offer attractions on your doorstep Tesco express four minutes’ walk and a Large Sainsburys (Townhead Road, SW6 2GD) For the larger shops it’s a beautiful walk along the river, ideal for taking in the river views.
Chelsea/Fulham really is the very best London has to offer in shopping, dining out and culture. Around its meandering side streets and picturesque squares are a plethora of influential boutiques and luxury concept stores. From Harrods to culture like The Victoria Albert Museum, Kensington Palace, Saatchi Gallery and Chelsea football stadium. Everything is accessible from this location and is a compelling hub for fashion, food and the arts all in one place.
Please look after our lovely property it has been designed with care and attention to detail for your every comfort. Also, please be considerate to other residents in the surrounding area particularly during the evening the area is residential.
When vacating the property please turn off the lights and leave the keys in the apartment the housekeeper will collect them

Very comfortable, clean apartment in a prime location. We enjoyed cooking, walks along the Thames and the privacy of the outdoor seating area. The owner was very accommodating and ensured all of our needs were met.

First all—the host/owner was always a text away from anything needed. This location is tops. It’s an upscale area close to buses, overground to underground and even Uber Boat. The apartment has all you need to include 2 bathrooms. Great choice restaurants close by—must try them and a short bus or walk to a bigger grocery store. An express grocery just steps away and again—close to transportation and the water and last but certainly not least—a fantastic outdoor porch area.

Very nice and clean place. Tube station is very close and it has a taxi stand as well - that was good because the train service is a bit spotty this far away form city center. All in all a great place and we would stay ere again!

The apartment was very clean. It was pleasantly furnished and a great location. There were issues with the electric which were resolved after we left. Knowing that this issue was resolved I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to someone.

Loved the apartment and location. Waterfront bar perfect for evening drinks watching sunset. A little further from central London than other places however we were out of the huge crowds. Owner response was great.

Modern accommodation, nice housekeeper to meet us and explain things. Handy have a kitchen and two bathrooms. Quiet and safe.We felt it was quite tired, compared to the photos. There is so much furniture and pots, vases etc that it cluttered an already small space and probably made it harder to keep clean. The location wasn’t great. It required minimum two tubes, often 3 or a bus and two tubes (45min commute) to get anywhere near the London sites. No atmosphere at all at night, restaurants empty nearby without much atmosphere.We enjoyed walking along the riverfront which was very close by, ferrying into the city (expensive, slow but enjoyable). Battersea park isn’t too far and large supermarket is 10min walk away.

Apartment had all the amenities needed to make life easier, combo washer/dryer, oven and cooktop. not in the center but C3 Bus, Imperial Wharf line and Chelsea Harbor Uber Boat 3-5 minutes away.C3 bus to Earls Court Undeground was our main way to all the main London attractions. Uber boat took us to Royal Observatory in Greenwich

Cozy retreat in a beautiful neighborhood!
This was a lovely, well appointed two-bed/two bath condo at Imperial Warf/Chelsea Harbor. The condo was perfect for our two week stay where we had lots of plans connected to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Everything in the space was in good condition. We cooked a few meals in and also did a few loads of laundry and everything worked great. The patio is very private and was a nice place to play cribbage in the evenings when we weren’t out and about London. Our host, Caroline, was very helpful in getting into the flat (which has lots of security) and was good about checking in with us throughout our stay. The overground station is a 3 minute walk, and Chelsea Harbor pier a 5 minute walk, so getting around quickly by train or boat was easy and convenient. The Thames path is right outside the door, and was a nice surprise that we used many times during our stay. A Tesco Express is a 3 min walk and there were several nice restaurants very close by or within a 5-10 min walk. We would definitely recommend this property if your visit to London is centered around Chelsea, Fulham or Wimbledon.

Where to begin... I guess, with check in. We received a text from a random number with no identifying information asking when we were checking in, rather than communication from the vrbo app. After asking some probing questions, we confirmed our arrival as around dinner time because of when our train was getting in.The host, identified as Caroline, not Paul as it is listed in vrbo, refused to give check in instructions via text and said for us to just call when we arrived because it was "complicated".Upon arrival, Caroline instructed me to climb behind hedges and over walls to reach inside a plant pot for the keys. (Did I mention I am disabled with a bad hip?! What would someone in a wheelchair do?)Once inside we realized that the photos, while accurate, don't necessarily reflect the age of the apartment and it's clear that everything is original to the flat.Cleanliness was an issue. The first night we purchased some ice from Tesco, and when we went to place it in the freezer, realized that the drawers had random items and weren't clean, containing bits of food and crumbs.We were exhausted and just went to bed without much further inspection. The next day, we went to make coffee and found the coffee maker full of mold. The bathrooms both smell of damp, and there is definitely mold in both showers.We contacted the host and Vrbo, but there was no resolution. There is more, but I'm at my character limit. I would not stay here ever again.

I DID NOT REFUSE TO GIVE INSTRUCTIONS,I SAID IT,S BETTER IF YOU PHONE ON ARRIVAL,THIS LADY IS NOT DISABLED,THERE IS CCTV ALL OVER THE DEVELOPMENT FOR SECURITY.I TEXT THE DAY AFTER ARRIVAL,WHICH IS DONE TO ALL MY GUESTS,THE RESPONSE WAS ,”EVERYTHING IS GREAT ,WE HAD DINNER BY THE RIVER LAST NIGHT,NO MENTION OF ANY ISSUES,AS STATED IN AMBERS REVIEW!! THIS GUEST HAD MY PERSONAL NUMBER,SO AT ANY TIME,CONTACT,COULD OF BEEN MADE TO MYSELF,AND ANY ISSUES COULD OF BEEN RESOLVED.
MY CLEANERS PHOTOGRAPHS EVERYTHING WHEN THE,APARTMENT HAS BEEN CLEANED,AND A VIDIO,THEY ARE SENT TO ME ,THIS IS DONE ,IN CASE ANY ISSUES ARISE,THIS INCLUDES BATHROOMS,FLOOR AND WALL TILES,TOILET,SHOWERS,ALL KITCHEN APPLIANCES,FRIDGE/FREEZER,HOB,COOKER/DISHWASHER,FLOORS.EVERY REVIEW IS EXCELLENT I HAVE !!

The property was located in a gated building and felt very secure. The area was very peaceful and quiet. After a busy day in London amid throngs of people, we were very happy to come back to such a relaxing spot. It was just 1 minute walk to the Thames Embankment, affording lovely strolls along the river. The Uber bus wharf was just a 5 minute walk, the overground rail station was 3 minutes away as was the bus stop. So it was easy to get anywhere in the city. There is a Tesco convenience store 3 minutes away and a Sainsbury grocery store 10 minutes walk away.The flat was cozy and well appointed with everything needed. We especially enjoyed the private patio. The kitchen was well stocked. We requested a printer, which the host provided.We had a few minor issues but they were all eventually taken care of by the host.We thought there was a King bed but maybe bed size descriptions are different in England. In America the bed would be a Queen. Perhaps we’re a bit picky, but the sheets were a little scratchy. Otherwise, the mattresses were firm and there were plenty of pillows.Overall a very nice place to stay and we enjoyed the property.
