Condo 3 br, 3 salles de bain Racquet Club avec de belles vues sur le golf et un bain à remous pour 8 personnes. 8 couchages. Cuisine entièrement rénovée qui s'ouvre sur le salon avec foyer au gaz. Le deuxième étage a une chambre principale (lit queen) et salle de bain principale, deuxième chambre et salle de bain (avec terrasse). Le troisième étage est un loft ouvert avec quatre lits jumeaux qui peuvent être rapprochés pour faire un roi et deux lits jumeaux ou quatre lits séparés. Entièrement aménagé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances de ski ou d'été parfaites! Des propriétaires locaux qui répondent à tout ce dont vous avez besoin.

Terrific

Great location with easy access to free shuttle. Easily accommodated 2 families. Well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and garage parking. Owner was very responsive with excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Katie is a great host and her condo is delightful. The bathrooms have been recently updated and it is overall a very comfortable place.

Disappointed...

We just stayed at this townhouse for a quick ski vacation based largely on the pictures provided and the very high reviews. The location is pretty good (~10 min drive to park city downtown or mountain base) and the kitchen is updated fairly well too. That said, compared to the overall review score, we were still disappointed at how dated the upstairs was including bathrooms that were were probably original and not well maintained. (broken toilet seat, mold in shower, etc) In now looking at more recent reviews, these points of feedback have been provided already but clearly are ignored. I would not stay here again.

Wonderful Place!

Very nice condo, slept our whole family for a ski vacation, location was great, close to ski resorts and a lot of restaurants. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Host was very responsive and got back to us with any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again !

Quaint!

We reserved this weekend for a family staycation. I agree with some of the other reviews that for the price there could be some updates to make this listing better. The main floor is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was very nice and the most updated part of the house. Great appliances and supplies to cook with. When we got there the water for the main floor toilet had been turned off, so we turned that on. We also had to reattach the chain multiple times to get the toilet to flush. The second floor had two bathrooms and two bedrooms. I did not use the second bathroom. The main bathroom seemed like it could use a deep cleaning. Grout and the little sticky grip things on the bottom of the tub need attention. The beds were comfortable, very springy. Plenty of towels and bedding for all of us. We did not go up to the third floor, it was just twin beds. The hot tub was nice. Pretty outdoor view. The plastic filter cover was broken and the hot tub cover did not have the usual bar guide to help you open and close the tub. My husband had to assist every time we closed the tub. The neck pads on the hot tub were very old and need to be replaced. Great location and polite neighbors. The hostess was very polite and provided great information and directions. We would stay again in the future after some updates due to the price.

Great stay but expected more for price

Overall it was a great stay there’s plenty of room for me and my friends. I would recommend making some updates to some items in the house just to be up to par with all the rest of the Rentals. Example: sheets, pillows, fix broken toilet seat so it doesn’t pinch every you sit down. Half of the plugs in the house don’t work. Overall cute little town home. I would also get some coffee!

Sweet and Simple

Our group’s favorite part of this rental was the large hot tub on the back porch. So convenient. We also enjoyed playing Pickleball at the Municipal Recreation Center right next door.

Cozy, Great Location

I stayed here with 4 other friends, with some of us spending the whole trip skiing, and some sight seeing. This condo was in the perfect spot to accommodate everyone's interests, with only a short drive to the slopes and downtown. The amenities inside were clean and cozy, and the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was a huge bonus, too! Definitely recommend this condo for others.

Comfortable, convenient condo

Our family of 6 travelled to Park City for skiing and had a very enjoyable stay at this condo. The kitchen and living area are updated, well stocked, and comfortable. The hot tub was great at the end of a day of skiing. We had plenty of room in the bedrooms. The upstairs rooms aren’t as recently done but were still comfortable and perfectly adequate for us. The owners responded immediately with a few questions we had and were nice to deal with throughout the booking process and our stay. We mostly drove to the mountain but the Park City Transit bus stop is only a short walk away and takes you to the Park City Mountain in just a few minutes. It’s a little more complicated to get to Canyons, requiring one transfer (as far as I understood the routes). We would be happy to stay here again when we’re back in Park City.

Our group of 7 stayed here from Feb 6th-Feb 9th. Multiple people in our party contracted hot tub folliculitis during the stay. The house was otherwise adequate and the owner was responsive.

Very nice accommodations

This condo is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. A short five minute drive to the grocery, restaurants and Main Street, about 10 minutes to ski at Deer Valley. Equipped with all that you need to cook at home, a hot tub right out back, and a garage for your rental car and ski bags. Helpful owners who respond quickly to questions.

Great condo, close drive to the lifts

Housed the 6 of us perfectly, the hot tub was a huge joy after a long day of riding and kept hot for us. Grounds are well maintained, gas fireplace kept the living room warm. Great views all around where you looked. I'd stay here again for sure

Quiet place with access to everything

The condo is in a quiet neighborhood. The ski bus route is near the property, and the property is a short drive to all Park City has to offer. The owner is helpful and the check in and check out process is simple. We would definitely stay here again!

A happy stay

We enjoyed the great location. Our granddaughter spent hours creating with the Magnatiles when she wasn’t in the hot tub. We all found the place comfortable, a good choice.

We live in Salt Lake City and love everything Park City offers as a getaway! We have three young children and love to hike, bike, ski and play in the mountains. We are excited to share our Racquet Club condo with you and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We wanted a condo in Park City that's close to everything and has space to play and enjoy the mountains. The Racquet Club is perfect -- you are a mile away from Old Town Park City, but have the open space of the golf course and green space of the condo common areas to enjoy the mountain getaway. This condo feels like a cabin with all the amenities of a resort. We also love the proximity to the rec center, with its fitness classes, climbing wall, and pool.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our condo has enough space for everyone to spread out, and a remodeled kitchen that opens into the living room for everyone to congregate together. We love the hot tub on the back deck and the views of the golf course and mountain beyond.
