Summary:
Richmond Place 307 is a recently furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in a newly developed building. Tucked away in the north of Liverpool, Everton is just a few minutes' walk away while Liverpool city centre and Anfield are a short drive away. Sleeping up to six guests, it’s the perfect retreat for those looking to enjoy both the peaceful greenery of Liverpool and the vibrant central attractions.
The Space:
Richmond Place 307 is beautifully designed with beige and white interiors, complemented by pops of colour from its modern furnishings.
Upon entry, you will be welcomed by an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, toaster, and more. For added convenience, there is also a washer/dryer.
The dining area exudes sophistication with its matching wood and grey dining table and chairs.
The living area features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, ideally positioned in front of the TV for unwinding after a busy day.
Richmond Place 307 also features two double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.
The first bedroom has a minimalist look with white furnishings, including bedside tables and a wardrobe, beautifully complemented by grey hues on the bed and simple, elegant wall prints. The ensuite bathroom includes a WC, a washbasin, and a bathtub with a shower overhead.
The second bedroom also features white furniture with a subtle touch of colour from the bed cushions. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, and a WC.
Richmond Place 307 is perfectly suited for weekend getaways and corporate stays.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to Richmond Place 307 is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Details will be provided prior to your arrival.
Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Everton Park, St. John's Gardens, and St. George's Hall are all within a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. If you fancy venturing into the city centre or Anfield Stadium, there are transport links nearby.
Liverpool has many attractions with more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside of the capital! Hop on the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for some of the absolute best views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront. Stop off at Spaceport for all things intergalactic or the U-Boat Story for a fascinating insight into the World War II submarine. You’ll be spoilt for choice with Liverpool’s seven museums looking at the city’s maritime history as well as art and music.
Concert Square is in the heart of Liverpool with a whole host of bars and clubs very close by. Take a trip to Liverpool ONE, one of the largest outdoor shopping and entertainment centres in the United Kingdom. Here you will find an excellent range of high street and popular brands so you can shop until you drop!
