Very nice and cozy 2-bedroom basement flat, very close to central London and well served with public transports. 5 minutes' walk from Vauxhall tube and overground station. Buses to central London right in front of the building. 2 minutes from 2 accessible Gyms and a leisure center, a park, a supermarket, a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment.

This cozy basement flat will be all yours during your stay.

Once in our building, which is very easy to access and extremely well located, you will go down the stairs and into the flat.

The flat has an entrance hall, which will make you feel right at home.

LIVING AREA
There is a spacious living room with:
☑ A beautiful round glass table and four chairs perfect for working and dining
☑ A shelf cabinet containing books and decorations, so you feel at home.
☑ A TV.
☑ A comfy and stylish corner leather sofa.

The living room can accommodate an air double bed, so you can be a group of up to six people.

BEDROOMS
There are two comfortable double bedrooms, each with:
☑ Double beds.
☑ Bedside tables with lamps.
☑ A wardrobe.

KITCHEN
A small, fitted kitchen with:
☑ An oven.
☑ A hob.
☑ A fridge.
☑ A microwave.
☑ A kettle.
☑ A toaster:

 and all equipped with dinner set, cutlery, pans, etc.

WASHROOM
A small washroom with a toilet and a shower.

Note: The basement flat has no windows but is all equipped with ventilators and heating system.
It is also equipped with fire safety systems.

This cozy flat will be all yours during your stay and has two bedrooms.
There is Wi-Fi for your use.

I will be available to be contacted at any time between 7am until 10pm. I will be happy to attend to any issues guests may have or help with any questions concerning the city, sightseeing, facilities, institutions or anything they may want to know.

The flat is very close to Vauxhall Park, which has tennis and children's facilities.

The area is very lively with entertainment, coffee shops (Starbucks and may others) and Vauxhall Bridge crossing River Thames.

Vauxhall underground station on a Victoria line and Northern line and overground station with trains to and from Victoria, Waterloo, Clapham Junction and many more are 5 mins walk to the flat.

Bus number 2 to Victoria, Oxford Street and Marylebone to the North and Brixton to the South; Bus number 88 to Parliament Square, St Pauls Cathedral, Big Ben, Regents Street and Piccadilly, Trafalgar Square, Charring Cross to the north and Clapham junction to the south.

You can also walk to Vauxhall Park and Vauxhall Bridge.

Baby cot available upon request. Access to washing machine on the first floor of the building, not in the flat. Drying rack, ironing board and iron in the flat.

The flat is located in a basement of an old building. It is centrally located in a nice area of London which felt safe and walkable. Transportation to all the must see locations were conveniently located near the property with several restaurants, pubs, and markets on the same street of the flat. Bringing our luggage down and up the steep stairs to the basement was a challenge. The living space was spacious but in need of better ventilation as it was very musty and damp smelling, the air humidifier in flat stop working same day used. There was a break out of sewer flies that we reported right away and tried to control with spray provided but they kept coming back. Thankfully we spent most of our time away from the flat. The mattress in one of the rooms needs to be replaced as the bed springs made it very hard to sleep in. In spite of some of the issues encountered we made the best of our short visit. I would recommend to the owner to upgrade some of the amenities such as mattress, bed comforters and pillows as they seem well worn and provide more bath towels when advising that 4 adults were staying as only 2 bath towels were provided and any other found seemed decorative.
