Perfect for business and leisure with paid parking available and suitable for large group bookings.

This apartment is part of a collection of one and two bedroom apartments within a secured gated development, above ground level, away from the hustle and bustle yet overlooking The Lanes and Brighton Square

I’m very excited to welcome guests to this spacious apartment, which I hope is the beginning of a memorable stay in Brighton.

It has cosy stylish interiors and modern comforts with spacious contemporary design and modern amenities, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay.

It is located 200 yards from the Royal Pavilion, 300 yards from the Beach and in close proximity to the train station and bus routes.

The apartment is split over two floors and is completely self contained for your own use, throughout the duration of your stay.

Sleeping Arrangements: The apartment sleeps up to 8 guests ( 6 adults and 2 children comfortably)

Master Bedroom with En-Suite: double bed, bunk beds consisting of two singles, a dressing table, and chair, hanging space and hairdryer

Bedroom 2: double bed, hanging space, chair, full length mirror and hairdryer

Lounge: One double sofa bed in the lounge.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils.

Lounge:
The lounge has a dining table and chairs (comfortably seating up to eight guests), a double sofa bed, and a large 4 seater sofa. The lounge also comes with a large smart TV.
Sofa Bed: We provide sofa bed linens, which can be found directly in the bed for your convenience.

Bathroom 1:
The bathroom has a modern walk in shower unit, toilet and basin.

WC: There is a separate toilet next to the bathroom on the first floor

We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a supermarket a few minutes walk away.

Guests can access all areas of the property and there are no shared or communal spaces. The property is rented exclusively for guests and so you will not find any host possessions in the apartment. The guests also have access to a shared large first floor sun terrace garden area with seating.

We operate a self check-in process so that guests have the freedom to check-in at a time of their choosing (after check-in time) and so are not constrained by availability of the host to meet them. We find that this flexibility is popular with our guests.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am.
Whilst we try and accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs this is subject to availability, and a charge may be incurred. Please request in advance to avoid disappointment.

A ÂŁ20 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests request to leave luggage prior to check in times.
If guests do not check in or out on time as I am sure you can appreciate this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Please note that you will be charged ÂŁ100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them
Please also note that we cannot be responsible if you lock yourself out of the apartment. Therefore please be careful with the keys as you will be charged a ÂŁ50 call out charge to cover the costs of regaining access.

Please note that you will also be charged ÂŁ100 if the property smells of smoke or if there is evidence of tampering or removing the smoke alarms, smoking, vaping, use of candles or incense burning

Please note: There may be building works taking place nearby during your stay. While these works are not directly within the apartment, they could cause some occasional noise or disruption at times. We want to be transparent so you have the right expectations and can plan accordingly. We’ve also priced the property accordingly to reflect this, so you can enjoy great value during your stay.

Ideal for Long-Term Stays:
Our apartment is designed for extended stays, equipped with kitchen amenities and full laundry facilities for your convenience.

Paid parking option onsite:
Brighton Square Car Park is located directly underneath the apartments. The apartment can be accessed easily from the carpark, up the fire escape stairs near the entrance.
Car parking is on a first come first served basis. Therefore, please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Dog Policy for Guests

We welcome well-behaved dogs at our property and want all our guests—both human and canine—to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To help maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment, please follow the guidelines below:

Supervision & Control
Dogs must be supervised and under control at all times. Whether on a leash outdoors or inside the unit, pets should never be left unattended or allowed to disturb other guests.

Clean-Up Responsibility
All dog waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly.

Please carry waste bags when walking your dog.

Securely tie used bags and place them in the designated outdoor bins.

Failure to clean up after your dog may result in a cleaning fee or other penalties.

No Dogs on Furniture
Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs.
Please bring your own pet bedding or use designated dog blankets if provided.

Respect Shared and Outdoor Spaces
Dogs must be kept off any shared furniture or amenities and should not be allowed to dig, damage plants, or disturb landscaping.

Noise Consideration
Please be mindful of barking or other noise that could disturb nearby guests. If your dog becomes noisy, we ask that you address it promptly.

My property management team will be available 24/7 viaemail, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the KeysÂź team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
