Dartmoor 12 is a house consisting of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, a dining room with dining table seating for six, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double, ground-floor double, ground-floor twin, and twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower and basin. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and off-road parking. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 0.9 miles, shop 1.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Whatever the weather, a stay awaits at Dartmoor 12. Note: This property has not joined the leisure facilities, which means guests cannot use the swimming pools or the gym on-site, but can use the tennis courts (April - October), games room, and children's playground.. Enjoy a round of golf at St Mellion (8 miles), explore the restored Victorian mining village at Morwellham Quay (4 miles), search for otters and deer along the Tamar Valley footpath, visit the National Trust owned Lydford Gorge, or take a trip to the beach and picturesque harbour at Looe (25 miles) - thereâs something for everyone.
