The bedrooms consist of a double and twin, both with TVs. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed communal garden with lawn and furniture, an enclosed communal field, and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no smoking. One well behaved pet welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Shop 0.7 miles, pub 0.8 miles. Note: The property is situated on the grounds of a farm that has stables and dog kennels, so dog barking can be heard occasionally in the distance. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping bond of 150 GBP.

Just outside the Bears Paw pub in the centre of Frodsham marks the start of the Sandstone Trail, which stretches for 34 miles past Delamere Forest and on into Whitchurch, in Shropshire. The River Weaver offers towpath walks, which allow you to visit Dutton Locks, plus the famous Anderton Boat Lift further on. For the more enthusiastic walker, the North Cheshire Way stretches for 70 miles from the Wirral to the Peak District. The city of Chester, which has been described as 'the jewel of the North West of England' is within driving distance and offers a number of historic attractions, such as the Roman walls, Chester Cathedral, medieval churches and the famous Chester Rows, where you will find lovely shops and tea rooms.
