Modern apartment on the first floor of a building with no elevator, overlooking the canal from the living room and both bedrooms.
The accommodation provides a large living area with dining table, sofas, television and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bedroom with two single beds; finally, a bathroom with shower completes the layout of the apartment.

Our guests will have additional amenities such as: Free wifi, air conditioning and heating, washing machine and iron.

Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

*The building is not equipped with an elevator.

* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
