Situated on the 50th floor of the imposing 58-storey Newfoundland skyscraper next to the river, the apartmentâs gorgeous wood floors, open-plan living space and floor-to-ceiling windows make it hard to resist.
The building hosts an array of amenities for guests to enjoy, including roof terrace, and communal lounges.
With room for up to 4 guests, this home is both spacious and welcoming. Itâs also very well-connected: itâs easily accessible from nearby Canary Wharf station with connections on the Jubilee Line, Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and the Elizabeth Line.

The living area features a cosy sofa and an armchair facing a Smart TV, accompanied by a coffee table atop a plush rug. Next to the kitchen sits a stylish round dining table for four, while the U-shaped kitchen itself is modern and highly functional. The kitchen comes fully integrated with Siemens appliances including an oven, hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Itâs close to the City and about half an hour from the West End via the Docklands Light Railway which connects to the Central Line at Bank, the Jubilee Line which links to Londonâs underground network and the Elizabeth Line which goes directly to Bond Street and west towards Heathrow Airport. The area has numerous exclusive bars and restaurants such as Hawksmoor, a steak house based in a floating pavilion, Gaucho and The Ivy.
