Private Terrace and two balconies

The Private Terrace overlooks the Bay and the city of Sorrento and is complete with Table, Chairs, Sofa, Sun-beds, outside dining table and chairs. It is a perfect space to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner if you appreciate some time in privacy in the comfort of your own space and company. On one of the balconies you can also find a washing machine and laundry facilities available for use during your stay.



Guest Access

This Modern Apartment is located in a central building in Sorrento, it was also recently renovated and during your stay here you will have complete private access to the whole apartment and terrace. The Apartment is located on the fourth floor, you can choose to take the lift or stairs.



Other details to note

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:



• Cleaning Fee: 100€ total per stay

• City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night

• Late Check In cost: 50€ (7.00 pm - midnight)



Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.



Parking

We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance. Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.
