This four-bedroom home might just be south-west Londonâs best-kept secret. Right in the heart of Southfields, a two-minute walk from its eponymous tube station and five minutes away from Wimbledon Park, if youâre after a perfect location, in one of the capitalâs most beloved neighbourhoods, then look no further. If thatâs not enough, then consider the home itself: whether itâs the big, beautiful kitchen that opens onto a spacious garden full of sunlight, or the rooftop terrace with views to central London, this home is nothing short of phenomenal.
From the grand entryway, turn left to find yourself in the vibrantly stylish living room. Upon entering, feel the warmth on your face from the direct sunlight streaming through the big bay windows. A cosy blue sofa sits in the nook, accompanied by a vivid yellow armchair and a matching lamp â perfect for some nighttime reading. Move further down the room and behold the midnight blue velvet sofa, a divinely cosy retreat that offers supreme comfort while you watch a movie on the flatscreen TV.
Hop down a few steps to reach the kitchen, and feel the awe strike you at once. Big and bright, modern and light, this space benefits greatly from its many sources of natural light, including four expansive skylights and the huge bi-fold doors that open to the garden. All the necessary amenities can be found in this kitchen, as well as plenty of storage and even some casual stool seating at the end of the island, perfect for a quick breakfast in the morning.
The large, light timber dining table is a conduit for the sun, sitting under two skylights and next to the bifold doors. With room for six diners (with the option to extend it to bring this number up to ten), this is the perfect spot for evening entertainment or a family dinner.
Families will also love the spacious garden: complete with a patio with two outdoor sofas and a turfed lawn with flowerbeds and a football net, this sunny enclave is the perfect place to enjoy a sunny day.
