Discover the charm of the Eternal City by staying in our cosy flat located in Via del Banco di S. Spirito, an extraordinary location between the majestic Castel S. Angelo and the historic Piazza Navona.



The flat is located on the ground floor with windows and a door leading onto a lovely and quiet patio of an ancient palace.

The flat consists of two rooms. The first room is a comfortable living room equipped with a King Size bed (180x200), bathroom, dining area with table and chairs, a complete kitchenette. The second room is a bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200), second bathroom, sitting area with double sofa bed (120x180).



The flat is tastefully furnished and promises peaceful rest after a busy day of sightseeing. In addition, the two modern bathrooms guarantee comfort for all guests.



The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking and eating. The both rooms are equipped with Smart TV, Internet access via WiFi, Air Conditioning / Heating.

The flat comes complete with linen and towels for all guests.

Great location

The location is wonderful &within walking distance to most things.The communication was sufficient with the host.i travel to Europe about 12 days/month for my job.I stay in a lot of Vrbo/ air b &b properties.This one while clean,smelled musty&the shower definitely needs new chaulking as it has visible mold.There were spiders in almost every corner. The beds are definitely very used and need to be replaced as far as mattresses. The one in the living room/ kitchen space has a distinct hole/dip where it is obvious someone has laid in that exact spot for a very long time. The fold out couch bed was about 2 inches thick for the mattress and extremely uncomfortable. All blankets seemed unwashed. The property is advertised with air conditioning, however we tried to use the heat in mid April because the property was very chilly &you could not use the heat& do anything else at the same time. So I’m afraid in the summer the same issue would happen. If we turned on the shower while the heat kicked on then the fuse would blow. If we tried to use the washing machine & the heat was on, then the fuse would blow. We did not use the kitchen except for the refrigerator. The washing machine needs very specific directions. The clothes never got dried &we had to hang clothes to dry after several failed attempts in the dryer. Unfortunately, there is very little air movement so the clothes took 3 days to air dry. We asked the host about extra blankets and there are none. New mattresses, blankets, fix the heater to not pop fuses. Cleaner spaces in the shower/ new chaulking.

The location was central to the main attractions in Rome. The apartment is well equipped and clean. The staff is very prompt with answering any queries, is willing to accomodate requests and is friendly and polite. Maybe a manual on how to operate the kitchenware in English? It would save some time spent in texting and asking.

Fantastic location for the Vatican and other main attractions, great choice of restaurants and bars within minutes walks, loved the old building and lift A couple of maintenance issues, loose toilet seats that were quickly rectified, we did also arrive earlier than expected, the accommodation description could be improved so guests understand some beds are in the general accommodation area, not an issue for us as all one family

La ubicación. La mesa totalmente deteriorada, se va para los costados, imposible comer ahí. Nos encontramos con una almohada manchada con sangre y nadie se ofredió en venir a cambiarla. El agua caliente se enfria al instante, imposible poder bañarnos sin enfriarnos. Poca asistencia por parte de la empresa ante alguna necesidad. Habiamos alquilado anteriormente a Bernini y nos habia parecido bueno pero esta experiencia fue mediocre.

Posizione fantastica

Location molto bella in palazzo storico. Appartamento nuovo, pulito. Posizione perfetta per vivere la città. Deludente l'arredo un po' rimediato, con alcuni pezzi decisamente frusti. Se si vende un appartamento per 5 persone deve esserci acqua calda per tutti. I cuscini davvero troppo alti ed i materassi con avvallo. Aggiungere alle informazioni anche dettagli su come riattivare la luce quando salta così da non dover disturbare il property manager.
