Family apartment on an upper floor in a premier building, with lift access, in a premier location in the heart of Jávea Port area.
On arrival there is no more immediate need for the car since there is so much available by walking, whether in the immediate Port vicinity, or along the coast to the sandy beaches Arenal or to the Old Town with its grand and famous San Bartolomé church, and many other historic buildings and markets. There are numerous excellent bars and restaurants, as well as the Marina, and a full range of amenities all in easy walking distance.
Jávea has offers multiple beaches, many sporting facilities as well as fiestas throughout the year, with a very sunny and yet generally mild microclimate. It is easily accessible via AP-7 from either Valencia or Alicante, and is approximately 1 hour from either airport.
The apartment itself is in one of the most prestigious buildings in the heart of the Port. At the street approach there is a grand courtyard and within the building a large marble-lined entrance lobby.
The building also offers street parking next to the building and full step-free access from the street to the apartment, offering convenient accessibility, whether for luggage, shopping, wheelchairs, push-chairs or sports equipment.
There is also access to the communal roof which has full panoramic outlooks in every directions, to the sea, the full coastline down to the Cap de la Nau, the Montgo mountain and the Old Town.
The apartment offers a very good layout and is connected via a long hallway which offers everyone ease, privacy, and comfort. The entrance vestibule and hallway connects the main bedroom, with both bathrooms in the middle and then the lounge and then the second bedroom.
There are two outside spaces, the balcony opening out from french doors in the lounge with french doors, and the utility area opening out from the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully fitted, with new high specification units, granite worktops, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, hob with extractor fan and electric oven. There are also additional electric worktop appliances for convenience, a stainless steel kettle, a microwave, a rice cooker and air fryer for simple stay-at-home dining. There is another table to eat in the kitchen.
The kitchen also opens out to a utility area where one can stow beach items and hang beach towels. There is a washing machine in the utility. For additional convenience there is also a laundromat and two dry cleaners both within a 2-3 minute walk which can provide serviced washes.
Throughout the whole apartment there are marble floors and a good distribution of windows. For additional comfort there are air conditioning units in the main bedroom and lounge as well as fitted electric ceiling fans in both bedrooms and again in the lounge. The bedrooms are presented fully stocked with fresh bed linens. There is both a full bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower and a separate cloakroom. The bathroom and cloakroom are both presented fully stocked with fresh hand and bath towels.
Everything is prepared thoroughly and with care by an excellent check-in team. We observe house-cleaning and housekeeping rules for comfort and convenience of guests.
