THE SPACE
Located and inspired by the most emblematic arts district of Porto city: (Miguel Bombarda) and on a building that was totally renovated in 2020, this apartment provides a surprisingly comfortable stay in the city centre of Porto.
We have prepared the apartment to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Nevertheless, if there is anything you miss, please let us know and we will help right away.

Guests have private access to the entire apartment as well as access to all common areas of the building, including the service room in the cave where there is a washing machine free to use.
The apartment is located in a premium area, surrounded but art shops and galleries and super central:
- It is 5 min away from the famous park Crystal Palace,
- Next to a Contemporary Art Museum named Soares dos Reis,
- There are plenty of bus stops near by and a metro station just 15 min walking distance,
- A super market 5 min away,
- Pharmacies and banks within 5 min distance.
- A location where you can get to plenty of main attractions of Porto by short walks.
OTHER DETAILS
LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the energy and water spent.
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.
CHECK-IN
We may charge in-person check-ins after hours as per the following rates:
After 8 pm: 15€
After 10 pm: 25€
After 1 am: 50€
These rates can be avoided with the available self-check-in.
Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests staying in the apartment. Short-term rentals are required to report guests' information to Borders Service (SEF).
