A modern and light studio located in a new apartment block at the famous stablished building address in London’s Canary Wharf.
This iconic building rises 37 storeys above Canary Wharf’s new district known as Wood Wharf. It overlooks waterside gardens and is home to a thriving residential community.
Floor to ceiling windows ensure the 1st floor studio is bright and airy while the kitchen, sleeping and living areas have beautiful wooden flooring.
The use of an attractive room divider ensures the studio has distinct living spaces. In the living area, there is a large sofa and mounted HDTV as well as a circular dining table and chairs.
The open plan space also has a fitted wardrobe and guests can enjoy views over Canary Wharf and the River Thames. The tiled bathroom includes a walk-in shower and underfloor heating.
The kitchen is well stocked with Siemens appliances, such as a washer-dryer, and the cupboards are underlit, which contributes to the smart, modern feel of the apartment.
There is a secure video entry system, lift and guests will also enjoy high-speed broadband.
Please note that there is construction in the area. This is audible from the kitchen and living room as the construction is on the east side of the building. However, the bedroom is southern-facing towards the river.
