Enjoy this charming, renovated old tomato farm with exclusive panoramic sea views, just 15 minutes from a tranquil snorkeling bay in the Tramuntana Mountains, a World Heritage Site. A 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk takes you to the picturesque village of Banyalbufar, and a little further in the other direction, Estellencs. It's a fantastic spot for cycling and hiking, especially in spring and autumn, when the sun rises behind the mountains a little later.

High rock formations and lovely farmland flow into a wide sea, and every evening you can see the sunset. The house is located about 600 meters past the famous Panorama Point at the 'Torre del Verger', a watchtower dating from 1579. The road on which the house is situated eventually leads to the idyllic harbor of 'La Pera de s'Ase'. Here you can swim in the sea and enjoy the tranquility.

The house is located between Banyalbufar (2 km) and Estellencs (7 km) and is surrounded by nature. The area is almost uninhabited, so you'll have it all to yourself. Due to the lack of light pollution, you'll see a clear starry sky in the evening. If you wish, you can enjoy this view from your heated hot spring jacuzzi.

If you prefer more people around, try the beach at Estellencs or Banyalbufar. Both villages are picturesque with a relaxed atmosphere, offering plenty of places to relax or enjoy a good meal. POOL & JACUZZI: There is a simple, detachable pool surrounded by a wooden deck. This is due to the regulations in this nature reserve. The jacuzzi is heated.

DIRECTIONS: On your way from the airport, you can easily do your shopping in Palma or, if you arrive before 10:00 PM, in Esporlas, where everything is quieter. The house is located between Banyalbufar and the next village, Estellencs. Road 88.6 km (10 km). After Banyalbufar, you'll pass a tourist tower (Torre de ses Animes) where you can take photos of the panoramic view. Slow down when you see the tower. The first road on the right after this tower (30 meters) is the road to Finca Ca'n Co. It's a small road that leads to the sea. The first house on the left is Finca Ca'n Co.

CHECK-IN: Once you've booked, we'll send you a video of the last part of the drive (from the tower exit to the house). Raul will be your host. You can call him as soon as you arrive in Mallorca on your way to Banyalbufar. And if you have a late flight, self-check-in is no problem. Your host is Titi Boregon-Martin from the company '20houses'. She manages several houses and has a high rating on sites like Airbnb.

CAR RENTAL Tip: We recommend renting a compact car due to the narrow road to our house. If you need a large car, don't rent a wide sedan, but a practical van, such as a Peugeot Partner or Citroen Berlingo.
