The Studio has views in the distance of the iconic newly refurbished Battersea Power Station. You can sit and enjoy drinks at the table with views of the Power Station and Sunset.

The flat is situated in a quiet respectable street in a sought after location in Clapham Old Town with a short walk to Clapham High Street meaning the popular shops, bars and restaurants of the Old Town and Clapham and of course Clapham Common itself are only a short walk away.approx. 500 metres.

The room has 2 Windows, a double bed, large wardrobes and storage, a desk and TV.

Your access
You will have access to the Loft Studio via the staircases and landings of the flat where others live.

During your stay
I will sometimes be home but not always.

The Studio is suitable for adults only. Single or Double occupancy and no families sorry.

Parking
There is paid street parking Monday to Friday. WEEKENDS FREE street parking!

Transport
The flat is around 500 metres from Clapham North and Clapham Common tube stations and Clapham High Street and Wandsworth Road Overground.
Also plenty of buses along Wandsworth Road and Clapham High Street in to Central London and the West End.
Approx travel time is 30 mins to most of Central London including Soho. 20 Mins to Big Ben and Westminster.

Also 20 min walk to the iconic Battersea Power Station. Be sure to try Lift 109 to travel up one of the chimneys in a glass lift for Amazing London views.
