About the space



Welcome to this charming 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, perfectly situated on Rue de la Ferronnerie in the heart of the 1st arrondissement — steps from the Pompidou Centre and Les Halles. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a double sofa bed, all with quality mattresses. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The living area is a great space to unwind with dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine and separate dryer are available for your convenience. The flat is heated throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with platform's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Property access



Occasionally, management may need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.



A few practical notes: Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.



Please note for reservations valued over €1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

The Neighborhood:

In the very heart of Paris, the streets around the Châtelet and Les Halles have been a hub of Parisian life since the Middle Ages. Rue de la Ferronnerie itself is one of the oldest streets in the city, running alongside the former central market of Paris and connecting Châtelet to the Centre Pompidou area. The neighbourhood today is one of the most central and well-connected in the capital, with a constant stream of life, excellent shops and restaurants, and easy access to some of the city's greatest attractions.



The Centre Pompidou and the Marais are just minutes to the east, the Forum des Halles with its gardens and transport hub is immediately to the west, and the Île de la Cité with the Conciergerie, Sainte-Chapelle and Notre-Dame is a short walk south. The Musée du Louvre is within easy walking distance to the west. The Châtelet Métro station, one of the largest and most connected in Paris, is just around the corner, giving access to virtually every part of the city in minutes.

Other Things to Note:

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
