There are two first-floor bedrooms, a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, with bike storage in the garage, and roadside parking for one car. Within 1.5 miles you will find a shop, pub and River Eden. Please note that two well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
