Guests can unwind in the air-conditioned media and game room, each fitted with HD-TV, Dish network, DVD player, and Apple TV. The owner is not liable for temperature variations due to exceptional weather or temporary system issues. The air conditioning system is available throughout the property and must be used responsibly, with doors and windows closed while in operation. Any misuse may result in deductions from the security deposit in cases of excessive consumption or system damage. Free Wi-Fi is provided for reasonable and lawful use only.
