Appartement de trois chambres situées au primer étage du lotissement Sevilla VII avec une cuisine ouverte complètement équipée et une grande terrasse découverte. Ce lotissement a une piscine communautaire, grandes zones de jardin et parking. Se trouve à seulement 900 mètres de la plage de fin sable blanc et à seulement 300 mètres du Centro Ecuestre Oliva Nova. Situé au sein d'un complexe hôtelier de luxe, notre logement se trouve à quelques pas du célèbre centre équestre, entouré d'excellentes options gastronomiques et offrant un accès facile aux terrains de paddle, le tout à proximité de la mer.
