building offers elevators for easy access, making it an ideal spot for
enjoying beautiful sunsets and the fresh morning air from the Atlantic
Ocean.

with modern furniture and chic decorations throughout. The kitchen is
fully equipped with appliances such as a fridge, stove, microwave,
toaster, oven, and kettle, perfect for preparing meals during your
