This is a lovely, spacious, modern property, located in the the quiet residential area of Bella Vista, providing a good level of privacy outside and sea and mountain views from one of the bedrooms. There is a small provision store just a short walk away and the wide selection of amenities, bars, restaurants and beaches are just a 5 minute drive away, making it a perfect base to enjoy the beautiful island. This property is also completely wheelchair friendly.

INTERIOR
Living Room:
Sliding patio doors, from the pool terrace, opens into the open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area. The lounge has been tastefully decorated and is furnished with a large, L shaped sofa, coffee table and 55” flat screen SMART TV, with Mag box (providing all BBC/ITV/CH4/5 etc, all Sky channels, box sets, movies and much more), providing access to favourite Apps including Netflix and Amazon Prime (own account necessary). A sound system is also provided so that any Apple device can play music through it via Airplay, enabling streaming from Apple Music, Spotify etc. Wifi is provided throughout the villa, at no additional cost.
Dining Room:
Spacious open plan dining area, with dining table and seating for 6.
Kitchen:
Modern, open plan kitchen with fitted units, electric oven, hob, microwave, large American style fridge/ freezer, kettle, and toaster etc. A sliding door leads out to the pool terrace and there is a doorway to the utility area, with washing machine and clothes dryer/horse.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1
Double bedroom with bedside tables, lamps and chest of drawers. A door leads out directly onto the pool terrace. The bedroom leads directly into the large, en-suite, wheelchair friendly shower room with overhead “rainfall” shower and side hand shower, WC and hand basin with vanity mirror. A shower chair is available upon request.
Bedroom 2
Double bedroom with bedside table, lamps, wardrobe and full length vanity mirror.
Bedroom 3
Double bedroom with wardrobe and beautiful picture window providing stunning mountain and sea views. There is an Xbox One S and a PlayStation 3 (bring your own controllers), both of which can play DVDs/Blu Rays.
Bedroom 4
Twin bedroom with bedside table, lamps, and fitted wardrobe.
Family Bathroom
Separate bathroom with bath, with shower over, WC, bidet, hand basin with vanity mirror.

EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terrace:
The living room door leads out to the covered alfresco dining area, with seating for 6 and a chill out seating area. The pool terrace is surrounded with mature gardens and has sun beds and a lovely 7m x 4m, (depth 1.1m to 1.5m) electrically heated (November to April inclusive) private pool, with roman step entry. A Canarian, charcoal BBQ is provided for outside cooking.
The garden also has beautiful lighting, to provide a perfect, relaxing end to the evening.

OTHER INFORMATION
The villa is protected by a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system which has internal cameras in communal areas which take photos when the alarm is set off.
Location:
It is approximately 5 kms out of Playa Blanca but situated within easy access to the seafront promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca.
The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €6.00.
Parking and Accessibility:
There is off street parking for one car and has steps leading up to the front door. However, flat access is available at the back of the property, with on street parking, with access directly to the pool terrace. The villa is all on one floor and is wheelchair friendly throughout. Taxis Especial are available in Playa Blanca for transportation, if required.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 are charged at a supplement. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.
Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable, if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken.
