This modern 2-bedroom villa is situated in the center of the village and offers a beautiful view of the surroundings from the terrace. The interior of the villa is 75 m² and is divided into 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find a bright, modernly decorated space for relaxing and dining. It consists of a living room with sofa and TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Although smaller in size, it has everything you could possibly need during your stay. In the kitchen you will find all the appliances you need to prepare meals, including a coffee maker and even a dishwasher. The room is air-conditioned and has access to a covered terrace with a lounge area, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee.

On the 1st and 2nd floors of the villa there are 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. The room on the 1st floor has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, TV and access to a large balcony with a seating area and views of the countryside. The room on the 2nd floor has 2 beds for 1 person. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin, towels, bathrobes and toiletries. There are also 2 guest toilets in the villa.

In the courtyard of the villa, in addition to the swimming pool, which is ideal for refreshing on hot summer days, you will find sun loungers, a lounge area and an outdoor dining area. There is also an outdoor wood-fired barbecue where you can prepare all your meals - because cooking in the fresh air is still more attractive than cooking indoors, isn't it?
