Villa Peran is located in Radetići, in the interior of Istria. In this impressive stone villa with blue shutters, the traditional exterior is perfectly intertwined with the modern interior. In addition to the swimming pool, the villa offers several indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, ideal for family or friends gatherings. It is designed to accommodate 8 people, and if you would like to bring your pet on vacation, feel free - the villa is pet friendly.
The villa has an area of 170 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there is a pleasant and bright space for relaxing and dining. In one room there is a living room with sofas, TV and fireplace, while in the next room there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room. Both rooms have access to the outdoor terrace. The house is air-conditioned and furnished with modern furniture in a rustic style.
On the first floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms. All of them have double beds and one of them has a gallery with an additional bed for 1 person. There are also 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor, one of which is part of the bedroom. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a hairdryer and toiletries.
An oasis of relaxation awaits you in the courtyard of Villa Peran. Swimming pool with deck chairs, summer kitchen with barbecue and outdoor dining area and even 2 lounge areas.
