Welcome to Paris! This apartment is the perfect retreat to unwind after a day of exploring Paris, just a few blocks away from the Marais disctrict and place de la Bastille. It is spacious and offers a convivial setting to share moments with your loved ones in the comfort and intimacy of your own apartment. It was recently renovated in a contemporary style by a French architect, with a touch of Art Nouveau.

The Space:
This spacious apartment is a true haven of elegance designed by a French architect, where high ceilings, a marble fireplace, and wooden flooring meet the highest contemporary standards, such as AC and subtle LED lighting. Let yourself get carried away by this stunning apartment, which boasts a sumptuous living room filled with natural daylight, and very unique and intimate bedrooms, including three master bedrooms.

The apartment includes:
1 Living room
1 Fully equipped kitchen
1 Dining room with a table and 10 seats
2 Shared bathrooms (one with bathtub and no toilet, one with walk-in shower and no toilet)
3 Private bathrooms (see below)
2 Separate toilets

6 bedrooms arranged as follows:
Bedroom 1 with a Kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, no toilet)
Bedroom 2 with a Kingsize bed
Bedroom 3 with a Queensize bed and en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, no toilet)
Bedroom 4 with a Queensize bed and en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, no toilet)
Bedroom 5 with a double bed
Bedroom 6 with a double bed

The apartment can accommodate up to 12 people.

The apartment is equipped with:
Bath and bed linen, toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper)
A/C, High speed Wifi, a TV
a washer dryer, a hair dryer,
a Nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, induction cooking plates, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed and high chair if needed

Guest Access:
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the ground floor. There are about 10 steps to climb from the street level to reach the ground floor.

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is a Parisian’s favourite. It is safe and within walking distance of attractions like the Marais district, Place des Vosges and Place de la Bastille. From fashionable boutiques to small cafés and trendy bars, enjoy a very lively Parisian lifestyle. The Picasso Museum and many art galeries are also easily accessible by foot. On Thursday and Sunday mornings, don’t miss out the largest open-air farmer’s market located just a few meters from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The apartment is being cleaned by our housekeeping team from 11am to 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am.

- Taking care of the apartment
The apartment has been carefully designed to offer you a haven of peace in the heart of Paris. You are expected to take care of it and return it in the same condition.
Upon your arrival, please report any problem immediately to our teams so that so that we can offer you the best solutions. We recommend you to take photos to identify any potential damage.
After departure, the apartment will be inspected by our teams, and if no damage is identified, the security deposit will be released.

- Respecting the House Rules
Non-smoking zone: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or within the building premises.
No outside people: Only people whose identity documents have been provided are granted access the apartment.
No parties: Out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the community. Additionally, you are asked to respect quiet hours, between 9pm and 8am.
No events or professional photo shoots: The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. Hosting events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Likewise, professional photo and video shootings are not authorized within our premises.

In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules during your stay, we will be forced to terminate your stay in the apartment, and the security deposit will be kept.

Additionally, please note that:
In the event of loss of apartment keys, €170 will be charged.
Cleaning is carried out only before each arrival and after each departure.

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 1000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival
