The property is distributed over two floors.
The first floor is a self-contained apartment with two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with their own balconies with mountain views. The apartment has one full bathroom with a bathtub, and has a living/dining room with kitchen area. All spaces are fully equipped for short and long-term stays.
It has air conditioning in the two bedrooms and living room with its respective Smart TV. From the first floor there are internal stairs with access to the second floor.
On the second floor with access by internal or external stairs, there are beautiful panoramic mountain views of the countryside and urbanisation.
Fully furnished for the comfort of its tenants, it has one master bedroom with an Emperor size double bed, air conditioning, access to the main balcony, and a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub.
The spacious and comfortable living room with access to the main balcony and terrace has a chimney and A/C as well as a Smart TV. There is a staircase leading up to a cosy tower room study with amazing views and access through to a dining room and the fully equipped kitchen.
The large balcony with access from the living room and bedroom has a large table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful views.
It has a covered terrace with access from the kitchen and the living room with a gas barbecue and an outside toilet. The terrace gives access to the pool area on one side and the laundry room next to the access to the top of the hill, both sides with views.
The pool is for private use by tenants.
Casa Loma is located 25 minutes by car from the beaches of Mojácar and leisure centres but just 10 minutes from the services in the town of Turre.
The house has parking, garden, Wi-Fi and TV.
The house is available for short and long-term accommodation all year round at the following rates;

Long term price:
1,350€ per month plus bills from October 2024 to May 2025, minimum 3 months. For 12 months plus rental please enquire.

Short lets:
June and September: 1,200€ per week with bills included.
July and August: 1,500€ per week with bills included.
October to May: Only available for weekly rental during Christmas, New Year and Easter: €1500 with utilities included
Pets: 10€ per day of stay, plus an extra deposit of 100€ for the pet.
