Stunning 3 Bed 2 Bath Villa in Playa Blanca

A Stunning three bed, two bath semi-detached property located within the popular area of Costa Papagayo, only a 15 minute stroll to Dorada Beach.

The one level property is light and bright, and boasts a private heated pool, hot tub and private south facing terraces, occupying a spacious plot with private parking and a surrounding lava stone wall. The property is also equipped with an outdoor BBQ area, outdoor pool table and table tennis for your enjoyment.

The front door opens into the spacious recently refurbished modern lounge, which also offers Air conditioning and patio doors access to the pool terraces.

A separate modern newly fitted kitchen leads off the lounge and to the exterior al fresco dinning area. There is also a useful utility room.

To the other side of the property we find the gorgeous master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and the two other bedrooms that share the family shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with complementary are conditioning for a fully comfortable sleep.

Lovely stay with family in the sun

The villa had everything needed for a family of 4: pool, hot tub, pool table and table tennis. Tv had many stations also. Many restaurants within walking distance. They were good enough to give us some coffee wine etc to start us off when we arrived. Lovely and clean house. We had a fab stay and would recommend

Another lovely holiday

Our second consecutive holiday in this villa as a group of 4. We stayed for 10 days from the 24th June and when we arrived it was like coming home. The villa is lovely and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. The hosts are great people and are so helpful and genuinely can't do enough for you. We will definitely be booking again.

Fantastic villa located in a great area

Just returned from an excellent 10 night family holiday here. Villa is exactly as described and the pictures are exactly what you’ll discover when you arrive. Check in is easy and the host is immediately responsive to any questions. Excellent location with a supermarket around a 10 minute walk away and around a 20 minute walk into town. Taxis are cheap and plentiful if you decide not to walk. Wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

Home from home with a lot more sunshine! ☀️

Absolutely outstanding villa in Lanzarote! The place was spotless, luxurious, and extremely well equipped – everything had been thought of. The heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing and really made our stay extra special. We spent Christmas here as a family and had the most wonderful time; the Christmas tree was such a lovely, thoughtful touch and really made it feel like home. The pool table and table tennis were brilliant and got plenty of use from our lads. We honestly couldn’t fault the villa in any way. Highly recommended – we would definitely return!

Perfect

Gorgeous property perfect for families; quiet neighbourhood walkable distance to beach and bars; marina is a gorgeous area to eat and shop, amenities were a real treat, simple touches like a coffee machine with pods, conditioner in the bathrooms and beach towels in addition to the bathroom towels were lovely touches. Idyllic accommodation, location and service

Property is well equipped and spacious. Situated in quiet residential area within short walking distance to beach and shops. Superb support service from Andrea for any queries and advice. Great for families or adults who want to have the option to just kick back and relax. Highly recommend. 5 star service.

Lovely place

We have had the pleasure in being able to stay in both villas this 3 bed and the bigger one in Calero. The hosts are top class and really make your holiday carefree as it should be. Lovely villa in playa Blanca all that you could ask for especially the touch of the air fryer !!! Great outdoor space and a great location we hired a car which was great for a bigger shop as we stayed in the villa most days. Thanks again for the stay both your places are lovely Thanks Nicola and Denis x

Excellent stay

Enjoyed an excellent 10 days at Casa Soleada in Playa Blanca. The villa was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Clean and spacious villa. Pool, hot tub, pool table and table tennis table were all well used. Welcome pack was a nice touch. Communication with Andrea throughout the booking process was excellent. She provided lots of useful information about the villa and the area before our arrival. Would not hesitate to recommend and we hope to be back in the future.

Anazing accommodation and Resort

Had a fabulous stay in amazing accommodation. Firstly loved the outside area, from the fabulous heated pool to the brilliant hot tub and to top it off a well kept pool table and table tennis area. The inside area was modern and clean with everything you would need. The Pergola area was fantastic for a light lunch if you wanted. A welcome pack was provided which included coffee, tea, water, wine and a few beers. The pool and hot tub was cleaned midway through the break by Shaun, who also answered a few questions we had. As stated it is 20 /25 minutes walk to resort centre but taxis are very cheap. Andrae was always on hand with any questions we had and also provided us with an early check in. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful Villa

Casa Soleada is a beautiful villa, there were 5 adults staying for 1 month and there was plenty of space for us all! The villa throughout is exceptionally well equipped, clean and comfortable. The rooms are a great size with plenty of wardrobe space and the beds are very comfortable too. The pool and hot tub are lovely and they are cleaned regularly by Shaun ( good job Shaun!😀) Everything in the villa is just as it said in the description. Andrea the owner is so helpful, any small thing we asked about, she was at the other end of the phone immediately sorting things out of just with advice. We had a lovely relaxed holiday and would definitely recommend Casa Soleada to anyone. Thanks again to Andrea and Nick for a lovely stay. Katie M PS. A wee thank you to Su too.
