The rental in high and mid season is exclusively weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, with check-in between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm and check-out by 10.00 am. For different needs please contact us by phone.
The price includes all utilities: water, gas, electricity, WIFI, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. If heating is used, an additional cost of €15.00 per day will be calculated
The holiday home is located in the typical Ligurian alleys, free parking is located just 10 meters away located on Via Cascione. the house is very spacious and almost completely flat. While sipping an excellent glass of wine or tanning on the terrace, you can enjoy an exceptional view of the sea, while the olive groves are lost on the horizon.
the house offers 8 beds, three in private rooms and a sofa bed. Cipressa is a typical Ligurian town with a beautiful historic centre, in the large square there is both a restaurant and a pizzeria.
There are all the services such as pharmacy, grocery, tobacconist, hairdresser and beautician, post office, municipality, school and for those who want to spend a day immersed in the pine forests and nature, an E-bike rental. Numerous duly signposted paths for both biking and trekking, and a natural park where you can walk and meet the very rare Occellated Lizard.
The free beach of Cipressa is about 2km away, while the other equipped and free beaches are about 5km away. The longest cycle path in Europe is just 2 km away. You can also visit Sanremo, the city of the Festival and Casino, the botanical gardens of Villa Hambury in Ventimiglia, Monte Carlo, the center of social life, all quite close. There is the convenience of Nice airport about 80km away. and that of Genoa about 100km away.
