Modern beach villa in Scala Torregrotta, a small village on the north east coast of Sicily, close to Milazzo. The property, boasting a beautiful seafront location, has direct beach access, a delightful garden with Jacuzzi and two large, well equipped terraces.
Spread over two floors, the villa is furnished with contemporary taste and great attention to detail and is equipped with internet Wi-Fi, Ipod dock station, satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher.
On the ground floor are a bright living room with fireplace and dining area, kitchen and a toilet. From the living room a floating staircase leads to the first floor with sloping ceilings, which includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Cala Marina is also a great base for visiting some of Sicily’s most beautiful places such as Tindari, Cefalù, Taormina, Catania, Mount Etna and the Aeolian islands.
