Large Family-Friendly Villa With Trullo Located in the Apulian Countryside
Recently renovated spacious and bright Villa with a beautiful Trullo located in the peaceful and relaxing Apulian countryside close to Ostuni city center and the seaside.
The property offers multiple private parking spaces free of charge and is surrounded by 7000 sq metres land with around 100 olive trees and plenty of organic fresh fruit like figs, plums, prickly pears, pomegranates, persimmons and many more that you can simply collect from the trees.
The Villa comes with very large veranda perfect to enjoy time outdoor and have your meals âal frescoâ plus a lovely terrace to watch the Apuliaâs sunset hours and admire the beauty and the colours of the traditional Apulian countryside.
Villa MIna is the perfect location for those who want to relax but also are willing to explore the rest of Puglia. Ostuni is 4 minutes drive, the seaside is 12min and famous cities like Alberobello, Monopoli, Cisternino and Polignano a Mare are within 30min drive while Matera, third oldest city in the world is 1h 15min drive.
In terms of airports, Brindisi is the closest like 30min drive, while Bari is 1h10min drive
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Mina. The house is brand new as it is a new business very spacious and bright with an amazing trullo bedroom which blew us away plus all comfort Wi-Fi and air con. The outdoor living space was also well kept and decorated, we enjoyed having breakfast outdoor with view of olive trees and flowers.
There is also a terrace with nice view and location was just perfect, very peaceful and relaxing countryside with possibility to walk around or cycle while still very closed to Ostuni centre which is only 5min drive away.
There is also plenty of free parking space so super happy with our holiday at Villa Mina
Newly renovated and decorated with an attention to detail and comfort, Villa Mina is an ideal place to stay as you explore Puglia.
The villa is situated near several charming towns, so day trips and meals out are a short drive away. And it's equipped for staying in, too, with a well stocked kitchen and herbs and fresh fruits on the grounds (persimmons, pomegranates, and apples were ripe during our visit).
We loved meals al fresco, sunsets from the terrace, the stunning trullo bedroom, and the large indoor bath with hotel-style amenities.
The owner Giovanni provided information not only about the house, but favorite local beaches, restaurants and not-to miss sites in the region via an app (with direction links!). He readily answered questions and requests, checked in occasionally to be sure all was well, and was a pleasure to have as a host.
We look forward to our next visit, and thanks Giovanni for a wonderful Puglian experience!
