Appartamento agli Acquedotti, with private garden

Cozy fully renovated apartment at the entrance to the beautiful Acquedotti Park. It is located in a quiet street away from the chaos of the historic Quadraro district but in the immediate vicinity you can find bars, grocery stores, pizzerias, pubs and all kinds of commercial activities. With a few minutes walk (700 meters) you can reach the Metro A ("Lucio Sestio," which connects with Rome center-Termini-Vatican). A large children's playground and dog area are also nearby.
We do our best to offer you the comforts of a hotel but the comfort and familiarity of a flat.
The apartment, about 60 sq. m. in size, is simply and modernly furnished and is located on a raised ground floor.
It consists of KITCHEN, separate, furnished with table and chairs; BATHROOM with shower; large BEDROOM with double bed and armchair bed (single); LIVING ROOM equipped with sofa bed (French bed) that can become a second bedroom having a door separating from the other rooms. From the living room there is access to a small and lovely VERANDA equipped with a small table and chairs, excellent as a workstation or environment where you can relax. Finally, there is a comfortable OUTDOOR SPACE of 25 square meters, for exclusive use, equipped with rocking chair to enjoy some fresh air. The apartment is equipped with:
- WI-FII connection
- cold air conditioner (in the bedroom) and fan
- Smart TV with Netflix (in the living room)
- Alexa, for listening to your favorite music
- fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, washing machine, set of pots and dishes, coffee maker, kettle
- bed and bath linens (let us know exactly how many guests and beds you would like to use)
- shower/shampoo courtesy set
- hair dryer
- iron and ironing board
- first-aid kit
- luggage storage (we will make every effort to offer it, upon advance request)
Children and dogs are welcome. We provide a crib for children up to two years old and dog bowls free of charge upon request. The extra charge for the dog stay is due to the need to clean the apartment more thoroughly and with appropriate detergents and sanitizers to guarantee subsequent guests.
Upon arrival, each guest must provide a valid identity document so that it can be registered with the City, Region and State Police, as required by Italian law.
The city tax, required by the City of Rome (€6 per person per night, children under 10 years old exempt) must be paid directly at the property in cash or by credit card.

Early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not always possible, it depends on compatibility with other reservations and may have an additional cost, due to rescheduling of housekeeping service. However, we will do our best to offer them.
5 people is the maximum number of people we can accommodate, including children and infants.
