La Quiete, Exclusive Villa with private pool and Jacuzzi

Villa la Quiete is an exquisite two-story villa located in close proximity to Sorrento, boasting a stunning sea view. It can accommodate up to 10 individuals. From Villa la Quiete, guests can savor the captivating sight of the Gulf of Naples, dominated by the majestic Mount Vesuvius. Spanning an area of 350 square meters (3768 square feet), Villa la Quiete features a private swimming pool, a private parking area, terraces with mesmerizing sea views, air conditioning throughout the villa, winter heating, and Wi-Fi Internet access.

The villa is conveniently situated approximately 1000 meters (0.6 miles) away from Marina di Seiano, where a variety of restaurants, cocktail bars, and the beach can be found. The bus stop lies just 10 meters from the villa, while the train station is located 100 meters away from Villa la Quiete (for further information, please refer to our Sorrento Coast information page). Additionally, the villa offers private parking facilities. Nestled on an elevated plot of land near the coastline, Villa la Quiete is surrounded by nature.

Upon arrival at Villa la Quiete, guests will be welcomed by a paved garden adorned with lemon trees, grapefruit trees, banana trees, and palm trees. Walking through the garden, guests will reach the inviting pool area, where they can bask in the warm embrace of the sun, the sky, and the natural surroundings. One can sit comfortably in the garden and admire the breathtaking view of the mournful Mount Vesuvius and the spectacular Gulf of Naples. The soothing chirping of birds and the refreshing sea breeze will relax and rejuvenate the senses, while the delicate fragrance of flowers permeates the air.

The villa encompasses approximately 350 square meters of indoor space, spread across two spacious floors finished with Portugal pink marble and wooden flooring. The first floor is furnished with an open-plan kitchen, two large living rooms, and a veranda where guests can enjoy breakfast or lunch, all while gazing at the majestic Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples.

The sleeping quarters comprise three double bedrooms, each featuring a furnished private terrace, a king-size bed, and a lavishly appointed en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a suite, which is the largest among the four rooms and includes a jacuzzi. The suite is divided into two areas, one with a private living room featuring a double sofa bed and a private bathroom, and the other with a master bedroom.
The pool measures 9 meters (29.5 feet) in length and 4 meters (13 feet) in width, with a depth ranging from 1 meter (3 feet) to 2.5 meters (8 feet). The pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, and sun loungers. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the beginning of October.

The living room is furnished with elegant pieces, including two sofa corners, two crystal tables, and an unparalleled crystal table. The living room is adorned with ancient Etruscan vases and original paintings. Within this space, guests will find a satellite smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime functionality. The living room provides access to the veranda and outdoor areas and is equipped with air conditioning and heating.

Villa la Quiete Sorrento: Veranda The extensive windows of this veranda create a unique ambience reminiscent of the bow of a ship. Guests can sit back and indulge in a meal while reveling in the magnificence of Mount Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples. The view from this vantage point is truly breathtaking. The area is thoughtfully furnished with a wood-burning pizza oven, a gas BBQ, tables and chairs, a sofa station, and a Bluetooth sound system.

Villa la Quiete Sorrento: Kitchen The expansive open-plan layout of the kitchen makes it an ideal space for preparing delectable dishes in the company of guests. Adorned with pink Portuguese marble and Brazilian black marble, the kitchen boasts a beautiful fireplace and large windows offering vistas of the pool. Equipped with all necessary amenities, the kitchen includes an electric oven, a microwave oven, an automatic coffee machine with a coffee grinder, a dishwasher, a five-burner gas cooker, a fridge, and a freezer.

Villa la Quiete Sorrento: Copper Room Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace The “Copper” bedroom derives its name from the presence of a copper artwork that serves as a unique bed backdrop. Copper elements can also be found throughout the room. The bedroom features a double bed (160 cm / 62 inches wide, larger than a queen-size bed). Additionally, the room is equipped with a satellite television (local channels) with Netflix and Amazon Prime functionality. Guests can retreat to the private terrace, complete with tables and chairs overlooking the pool and offering views of the sea. The bedroom is fitted with air conditioning and heating, and hot beverage preparation facilities (electric kettle and various tea options) are provided. The private bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, and a spacious shower.

Villa la Quiete Sorrento: Gaudì Room Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace The “Gaudì” room pays homage to the renowned Spanish artist, featuring paintings inspired by his work. The bathroom is adorned with ceramic fragments irregularly cut and fixed on black plaster, similar to Gaudì’s artistic style in Parc Guell or Casa Batillò in Barcelona. A large window offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Villa la Quiete Sorrento: Silk Suite Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace The Silk Suite, the largest among the four rooms, can accommodate up to four individuals. It includes a private living room with a double sofa bed and a master bedroom adorned with luxurious materials. The walls are covered in silk, and even the bed is enveloped in silk, measuring 180 cm / 70 inches wide. The private bathroom is entirely finished in travertine marble and features a jacuzzi and a marble shower. The sofa bed offers a double bed measuring 160 cm wide / 62 inches, with a mattress 18 cm high. Both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with satellite TVs connected to the internet, boasting Netflix and Amazon Prime Video functionality. The suite also boasts a spacious private terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. The bedroom features air conditioning and heating, as well as hot beverage preparation facilities (electric kettle and various tea options).
