VILLA MARCHESE - PALAZZOLO ACREIDE
Located in the centre of Palazzolo Acreide in south-east Sicily, Villa Marchese is a restored Sicilian house with a private swimming pool. Palazzolo Acreide is a charming, laid back town with a wealth of baroque architecture and several archaeological ruins. You will find plenty of restaurants, cafes and small shops within walking distance and some of the most popular tourist destinations are within easy reach by car.

The villa has two entrances. The first is up steps (approximately 20) from the main road and other is accessed from the backyard via the kitchen (with one low step).

On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall, a lounge/dining area (with sofa, armchair and an extendable dining table for up to 12 people) and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with king size bed) with en-suite bathroom (with bath/shower) and one triple bedroom (with double bed and sofa bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower). There is also a quadruple split level bedroom (with its own terrace). On the ground level you will find a French bed (suitable for two children or one adult) and on the mezzanine level, a double bed. You will also find one bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a 250 square metre garden with a private swimming pool (7.5 m x 2.5 m; depth 1.48 m; open 1/6 – 30/9; depuration salt). The garden is equipped with deck chairs and tables/chairs (which can be joined together to form a large outdoor dining table).
