In the heart of the city centre, this modern, bright apartment is furnished with everything you need for a much-needed break to Liverpool - the perfect base for exploring the city or a cosy night in!
Suitable for up to 8 guests our apartment offers two bedrooms, both with a double bed and two super comfy double sofa beds! Featuring a contemporary fitted kitchen, dining and bar space for all guests in the spacious living area and two sparking bathrooms.
The Space:
This contemporary apartment houses two private bedrooms each fitted with a comfy double bed - one of which is huge enough to fit another sofa bed. Alongside this, the apartment boasts a spacious living area with a double sofa bed, ideal for groups to relax and unwind! There is also a travel cot in this property so that the whole family can enjoy their stay safely!
The stylish, bright kitchen has all the utilities you will need for your stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and all the cooking amenities you will need to treat yourself to a home-cooked meal.
The primary bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead shower, perfect after a long day exploring the city.
Our balcony space offers a bistro table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy a fresh morning coffee using our Nespresso machine provided in the kitchen!
Featuring rattan furniture, bold colours, and statement pieces, this apartment is a perfect juxtaposition between cosy and contemporary.
Guest Access:
Our guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment during their stay. We are always available when needed but want this to be a hassle-free and flexible experience for our guests so will not be present unless requested by them.
The Neighborhood:
The property is situated on Liverpool's well-loved Duke Street, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars - the perfect location for an exciting city break!
Go shopping at Liverpool One, just a 5 minute walk away or check out Liverpool's Cathedrals (15 minutes away).
Visit the beautiful Albert Dock and Liverpool Waterfront museums, restaurants, bars and the M&S Bank Arena.
Or, if you are looking for an exciting, upcoming neighbourhood, visit the Baltic Triangle and explore the many different attractions it has!
Getting Around:
If you're exploring the city centre - you are already within walking distance of everything! However, if you're venturing out of the city centre there are plenty of bus stops within a minutes walk.
Liverpool One bus stop and Central Station are both just a short 9 minute walk away from the apartment! Lime Street Station is a 13 minute walk from the apartment - easily accessible and convenient.
The apartment comes with free on-site parking for one car - please note, permit must be clearly displayed at all times.
Alternatively, there is pay and display on-street parking available from 8am-6:00pm at ÂŁ2.40 per hour and in the evenings for free after 6pm on any designated bays along the street. This is subject to availability.
Throughout the city there are plenty of taxi ranks, or you can prebook a taxi on an app like Alpha or Delta.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartmentâs address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 3 minute walk or 2 minute drive. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"
