Beautiful countryside with fabulous walks directly from the villa for the spring and autumn. Within easy distance of Cortona, Perugia, Siena, Florence and many other well-known Umbrian and Tuscan cultural landmarks. Even Rome can be visited in a day by train from Terontola.

Casa Davide has four bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen to accommodate eight people, three bathrooms (two ensuite), two terraces, and two patios. It is surrounded by a large, shady one acre garden and olive trees with stunning views throughout. A modern TV and wifi, a table tennis table, boules and a hammock are all available for your enjoyment.

The villa is close to the Tuscan/ Umbrian border, near the local Italian lakeside town of Passignano where you can rent bikes, eat delicious gelato and visit its many restaurants.
