Absolutely loved staying here! Tony was very welcoming! Great location, easy to get to and lots of parking. Hot tub worked and very warm! Definitely, staying here again!

Big place, tri level so lots of stairs. Includes everything like boards and chairs for the beach, beach towels, 4 kayaks, paddle board. Right on the water in the back yard and comes with fishing poles. Great place!

Family Cruise

This property was just what we needed before leaving for a cruise out of Cape Canaveral. The house was very convenient to restauranats and last minute shopping. Will plan on staying here the next time i sail out of Cape Canaveral.

Canal living

We spent 3 nights at this property largely because of the water view, hot tub, and kayaks. It did not disappoint. Very clean with kind owners that live on property if you need anything.

Wonderful people and house

Arrived and were very pleased with our choice. Clean, spacious and great owners. Had access to the hot tub, use of kayaks, grill and backyard. Met Kathy and Tony, who went out of their way for us. Made us feel like family. Should I return to FL, I will definitely want to stay with them again.

Great canal home with wonderful hosts

My family of 5 visited this home to enjoy our Easter weekend on the water. Kathy and Tony were great hosts. They let us park our boat trailer at their home and also to keep the boat in the canal all stay. The house was well equipped with EVERYTHING you may need to cook all meals at home. The beds were cozy and the furnishings comfortable. My kids LOVED sleeping in a king sized bed in the guest room. Location is perfect.

Beautiful home and lovely owners

My family stayed after Christmas 2021 and had a wonderful time. The owners, who were on site, were so pleasant and helpful with any of our needs. We had two grand babies with us and the owners gave us toys, walker and an extra play pen when we were unable bring those items with us. The home was beautiful, clean, and wonderfully located. The morning sunrises on the deck were peaceful and the whole experience allowed us all to have a awesome vacation. This is a location we highly recommend and look forward to returning in the near future.

The property is in a run down neighborhood. The water front was only visible through a bathroom window which had no curtain and a corner of a bedroom window . It was only accessible by going out the front door around the house through a gate. I was u fee the impression that although the owners lived on the property that the whole house was ours. They lived in the back of the house. There were no locks on bedroom doors, the house smelled like dirty socks and the deodorizer was so strong it made us nauseous even after it had been unplugged for3 days. The house looked clean but the smell was awful. The steps and railings are so far from code it was dangerous. It was not a pleasant experience.

Very Odd Stay

First off the good: It is a beautiful house in a great place. Access to water way and back patio were beautiful. Amenities were mostly as described The odd: Owners live on site in basement, this was not disclosed anywhere on the VRBO site and was a very unexpected surprise. Access to the back patio is not easily accessible as the owner suite is in between guest area and back patio, so you had to go around house to get to the patio. In addition, the patio was directly off the owners space, made it very awkward to relax on the patio knowing they were right there. Friday morning a repair man came to fix something in owner suite, so they had to come through our space. After returning from our outings on Friday, there was a note left in our space, which felt very odd knowing they came into the guest side while we were out. Saturday afternoon after returning from the beach, they were in the process of cleaning out their garage and had the entire driveway filled with the contents of their garage, we had to walk around it all to gain access to the house. Owners also requested kids not be in the hot tub despite the disclosure on VRBO saying they were allowed as long as adults present. That being said, owners were very nice and friendly, but definitely not the experience we expected or paid for :(

First we would like to apologize if your stay was not the experience your family expected. We strive to provide a clean, safe and happy visit with all our guests. We have received 5 stars with all our guests for the past two years. As a Premier Partner we work hard to provide the best stay possible for our guests. Addressing your concerns: Regarding the hot tub (which seemed to be the sore spot) we have now changed our policy and will only allow adults in the hot tub. Twice during your stay the children were found in the hot tub without adult supervision. On Friday morning at 7:30am we found two small boys in the hot tub. We asked where the parents were to supervise them and the boys said their parents were asleep and they were bored. On another occasion the two young girls were getting in the hot tub again with no adult around. I must add these children were very bright and well behaved. Our main concern was for the children's safety and therefore have now changed our policy. Regarding the repair person and us living on property. It was posted on VRBO and because we stay booked 90% of the time we try to make repairs as things break. The reason for the note in the kitchen window was because the window was left wide open. Upon closer examination we determined the window handle broke and needed to enter to close it being the air conditioner was on. Until we could repair window we secured it and left note in window not to open. Regarding the cleaning of the garage our guest were right. Our timing could have been better and we can only say sorry for the inconvience. We provided you beach chairs, umbrella and boogy boards to use at the beach and expected your stay at beach to be longer. We decided to take advantage of the time and clean out the garage. It took longer than expected and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Very nice property right on the inlet. Great fishing and a chance to see dolphins from the deck!

Very well stocked. There was not anything missing to cook, grill, to go the beach or just to sit and fish from the deck.

Great, relaxing stay!

Visited with some extended family and had a wonderful time. Dock/pier on canal was a great place for coffee, lunch, or just watching the pelicans go for a snack! Close to beach, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa. Great hosts, good time had by all!

Great Host and Labor Day Weekend

I visited from Colorado to enjoy some time with family and be on the water. We were able to pull our boat on the canal which was very convenient for getting out to the inter coastal for some fishing and boating. Tony and Kathy are great hosts and enjoyed all. Thank you.

Kayaking was fun!

The property/house are nice, with everything you need, including nice beds. We enjoyed using the deck area and the hottub, watching the various birds and fish. The screened in porch with grill, seating, and heater looked nice, we just weren't around enough to use them. We loved using the kayaks to go down the channel to see dolphins and manatee! The owners are really nice. The location was good for driving to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center. The only drawback is not being able to walk right out to the yard, since that's where the owners live, but it is not a deal breaker.

Wonderful Experience!

The owners are so accommodating and thoughtful. The property was spotless and nicely decorated. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing from the dock. The hot tub was wonderful too.

Great stay

Location away great, just a short drive to the activities we wanted to do. Lots of food options available. Property owners were great and very responsive to questions. We enjoyed using the kayaks available and had a great time.

A very nice place to take my grandkids

Kathy was very accommodating and pleasant to work with, even sent her son to set up the XBox which was far above my expectations. The house was comfortable a quick drive to the beach, which we land lubbers really enjoyed. It was a very nice place to settle after the hustle and bustle of Disney World

We loved our stay the one thing I wish they could fix was an better entrance to the back yard. The enclosed patio is nice just little weird that the owners are right there in their house while you are eating. The dock area was great we loved having cofffee out there and looking for dolphins. The owners were so sweet to my daughter she fell in love with their dog and they gave her a postcard to take back to school. The table inside the house is not best for kids and it’s pretty high but the table outside is better for 5. They had chairs and towels for the beach and gave us a great place to go. Enough room for 4 adults and one kid. Thanks again

Florida Vacation

Our family of 7 stayed here for 6 nights in March and had a great time. Great location and short drive to Cocoa beach area. The house was just as described with lots of room for everyone. Very clean and had everything you could need...a true home away from home. Loved sitting out on the dock with a morning coffee...so calm and peaceful. Would definitely recommend this place for a family vacation.

We loved it!

Great house! We were very impressed with the property, better than the pictures. We spent 5 days there visiting the sites from Arizona and my kids had more fun when we hung out at the house and took advantage of the dock, kayak’s, fishing etc... The owners are very nice and willing to help with any issues that arise. Thank you Tony and Kathy we loved the visit and hope we can one day come back.
