Échappez-vous à l'isolement près de Cooperstown et Oneonta, NY dans cette location de camp de baseball du vendredi au vendredi. Situé à 18 km du Cooperstown Dreams Park et à 11 km du Cooperstown All Star Village - profitez d'une maison de ranch entière comprenant trois chambres, deux salles de bain complètes, une cuisine avec salle à manger, une salle à manger, un salon et une salle familiale avec télévision. La cuisine entièrement équipée a été rénovée en mars 2018 (REMARQUE: pas de lave-vaisselle). Le pont comprend un barbecue à gaz, une table et des chaises de patio pour les repas en plein air. Chambres rénovées avec un nouveau tapis en 2018. Literie fraîche et abondance de serviettes fournies, y compris du savon, du shampoing / revitalisant; chaque salle de bain a un combo baignoire / douche w / sèche-cheveux. La laveuse et la sécheuse sont situées au sous-sol.
Téléphone fixe disponible pour les clients car la couverture du téléphone portable est inégale. L'accès Wi-Fi HughesNet et le service par satellite DishNetwork (2 téléviseurs) sont inclus.

Excellent retreat

We had a great time at dreams park and retreated to this hidden gem. It’s a bit out of the way but the perfect spot to get away from all the baseball. The host is excellent at communication and is available at all times to help. We loved the beautiful scenery and quietness of this place. Would recommend to all visiting Cooperstown!

Great Accommodation during Cooperstown

Great place to stay; only 18 minute drive to Cooperstown Dream Park. House tucked back from the road, so nice and quite; yard very well maintained. Loved watching the wildlife from the deck (Robins, Rabbits, Squirrels, Deer, and Groundhogs roamed the yard on the daily) The house is a nice size, so you didn’t feel like you were on top of one another. If you love to read, there are over 100 Chapter books at your disposal. Board games and coloring books are also available for the kids. Two televisions with cable tv were nice to have when our energy was running low from baseball games and we just wanted to vegetate. Washer and dryer came in handy as I had only packed a few cooler weather items and more days than not, the temperatures were a bit overcast and chilly. The only negative, and it definitely wasn’t a major issue, was the water must have a lot of Sulfur in it, because whenever you would take a shower, the smell of boiled eggs encased the air. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Definitely a better choice than a cramped hotel room days on end.

Dreams park trip

Everything was wonderful at the property. We played at dreams park it was about an 18 minute drive. It’s a beautiful drive, we loved the firepit we got to use a couple nights to make s’mores! Plenty of room and would definitely stay here again

Great Place to Stay for Baseball Families

For a rental that is used for baseball families we could not get over how clean and well maintained the home and property was. Mira has thought about every detail and the house has all the amenities you could ask for. We had a few questions/asks after we arrived and Mira was very prompt with responding and taking care of them. If you are heading to Cooperstown this is the place to stay.

Location is great!

This is prime location for Cooperstown Baseball. 10 min from All Star Village and 25 min to Hall of Fame. The house is on a huge lot. There’s a lot of privacy. They have a fire pit and bbq so we spent a lot of our down time outside. The stars and s’mores were amazing. We’re city people so getting used to the well water was a little difficult for us. We could definitely smell the sulfur. Mira was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. We got hit by a pretty bad storm and Barbara stopped in to check on us. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the house.

Our stay was amazing, Mira took care of very minor issues immediately. Nice and quiet.

We had a nice stay during a "Cooperstown baseball tournament". Very clean accommodations, and Mira made it easy to book and communicate. Location is great for All-Star village - about a 10 minute drive.

Quiet & Beautiful

This property is so beautiful! It’s set off the main road so it’s very quiet. Its a short drive to All Star Village (on the same road). Only difficulty for us was the WiFi. My daughter had online summer school and could Not get a strong enough signal. I had to drive her to the Walmart parking lot to get some work done. Other than that I highly recommend this place!

Perfect!!

We visited Cooperstown for a week of baseball and this property was perfect. Literally just down the street from All Star village made for easy traveling to and from the fields. Excellent place to stay for baseball or just a quiet get away!

Would book again!

Very clean & spacious. Long driveway so house is set off main road. Nice back deck with brand new grill and a big yard with fire pit. Closer to AllStar Village and easy 20 minute ride to Dreams Park. Local nonsmoking bar/restaurant across street with good food (wings👍) and cold beverages. Highly recommend this rental. Easily fit 2 families.

Exceptionally clean house, loved our stay!!

I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. The house is a short drive, about 18 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house is immaculate, and well stocked with towels and blankets for your stay. Mira is very nice and just a phone call away if you need anything. Hands down 5 stars ⭐️

This was the perfect house for our week stay while our son was played at Allstar Village. House was very nice & clean & had everything we needed. Mira & her mother we great & helped with anything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay in the Mt. Vision/Cooperstown area

The location is perfect, the house is beautiful inside and out. It is very comfortable, and has everything you will need and more. We were amazed at how well the home was furnished. Not only with pots, pans and dishes, but with everything you will need except the food. The spice cabinet was full. And a case of water in the refrigerator said welcome home. And Barbara was so friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for Cooperstown baseball tournament

The owner of the property is very friendly & responds quickly to any messages sent. The home was very clean and fit our needs perfectly for the week. Cooperstown dreams park was 18 minutes away which was a nice drive for us. We would stay here again if we get the opportunity to come back. It was nice to have plenty of room for our 2 year old to run around inside & out. The washer and dryer is awesome to have so we can come back from vacation with all clean clothes. They owners even provided laundry soap. Thank you again for everything. We felt very comfortable staying at your home.

Great place to stay near Cooperstown!

This house is the perfect spot to stay if you are in Cooperstown for a tournament. It's less than 10 minutes from All Star Village and town. The house is very clean and nicely furnished with everything you would need. The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently updated. It sits back off the road on a large and beautiful piece of property. If you have kids there is a lot of space for them to play in the back yard which has a fire pit with chairs for bonfires. We really enjoyed just relaxing on the back porch and taking in the scenery. This was one of the most comfortable and clean rentals we've experienced and we highly recommend you stay here.

Amazing property!

This house is surrounded by beauty! Between the wildlife that comes out in the morning and the wide open land and that’s just the outside. The inside is beautiful as well and everything is there for you that you could need. If it is not the owner is a call away! The only bad thing I could say about our stay was the water but being out there and on a well there is not much you can do.

Maple Row Hideaway was my home for 23 years and this is where my son was raised and want to offer this home as a weekly rental for those visiting our lovely area.

Close to Cooperstown and Oneonta, New York. Cooperstown is the birthplace of baseball and Oneonta is home to SUNY Oneonta & Hartwick College. This area has much to offer in the performing arts, museums, local craft breweries and wineries, cider mill and many farm to table restaurants.
