COUNTRY CHARMER two story home with 3 bedrooms (queen, double, twin, six person maximum), 2 full bathrooms, laundry, all linens, fully furnished kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, wireless internet, central air, furnished back deck overlooking fields and hills with incredible sunsets, and partially shaded. Picnic table and patio set on the deck and grill on the lawn for that perfect eat outdoors weather. Enjoy the closeness of Dreams Park, Hall of Fame, museums, shops, parks and the gorgeous Lake Otsego. Take the Glimmerglass Tour Boat ride with a history commentary in enclosed glass seating or on top for fresh air and sunshine. Groceries, restaurants, breweries and wine trails all between 1-30 miles away. Come back to all the comforts of home and relax. Check out the pics and descriptions. Information center in the home provides brochures and restaurant menus, with a House Guide for Cank's Home Plate I. Our motto is Close, Comfortable and Clean. Syracuse and Albany are the closest airports.

Amazing

This was the perfect place to stay for our week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was extremely clean, comfortable and well furnished. We had everything we needed for our stay and our hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything. I hope to rent again in a few years when the younger brother is ready for Cooperstown!

Convenient location to Cooperstown Dreams Park and very clean!

The house was very cozy and felt like being home. My husband and I stayed with our daughter and my inlaws for my son's week long baseball tournament. With the house being only minutes away from the ballpark, we were able to run back to the house several times a day, if needed, between games. John and Veronica were very friendly and easy to reach with any concerns we had during our stay. We highly recommend the Cank's house if you're visiting Cooperstown.

My family stayed here for my son to play at Dreams park. The location was perfect for coming back to relax and eat between games. The house was very clean and the owners were absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone playing at dreams park!

Cank’s Home Plate

We had a wonderful stay at Cank’s Home Plate during our son’s tournament. The house was clean and very convenient to the park and downtown Cooperstown. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful Hospitality

This place was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The owners were so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we get to come back to Cooperstown! Only being 5 minutes from the baseball park was super convenient.

Canks Home Plate

This property was exactly as advertised. It we very neat and clean and very comfortable. The husband stopped by to make sure we were all set and within a half hour the wife did the same offering us local info and her direct numeber should we need anything. They over deliverd on their great hospitaility and being real nice people.

Easy and clean

We had a great stay this past week at Canks. It’s a great location for a week of baseball at dreams park. It’s clean and the owners were easy to contact with any issues but we had none to complain about. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great Cooperstown Stay!

My family of 5 had a wonderful week at Cank's in Cooperstown. It was the perfect spot for easy access to the Dreams Park. Plenty of room for everyone and a quick drive to all that Cooperstown has to offer.

A Beautiful home to compliment a beautiful week of baseball!

We stayed here while our son played at Cooperstown dreams park. The house is perfectly located between the baseball fields and downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the owners were extremely accommodating.

Perfect Location for Dreams Park

This property was perfect for our week at Dreams Park. It was only a few minutes away from the fields and less than 10 minutes away from downtown Cooperstown. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a fun week of baseball. We had no issues, but John was readily available if we needed him.

Great location to Dreams Park and VERY clean.

We stayed for a week while our son played at Dreams Park. The location was close and easy for the daily back and forth between games. This home also provided so many extra little things you may need (park towels- IYKYK)! All the modern conveniences you need are there, though my children thought the VCR in their room was so cool! I was most happy with the cleanliness of the home. This place was spotless! If we return for my next son to play ball, I would seek out staying here again! Thanks for a great stay!

All you need and more!

This home is all you need and more! Cozy, comfortable, clean, and close to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Just a 5 min drive away! Dollar General and the local grocery store is right around the corner along with some restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

The house was perfect for our weekend family getaway with our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren. The spotless house is spacious with lots of comfortable sofas in the living room, a large kitchen with everything we needed for cooking, a large dining room table, and comfortable beds in the three bedrooms. Thank you John and Veronica for being such gracious and welcoming hosts.

Excellent option for Dreams Park tournament stay

My wife and I stayed at Cank's place while our son competed in the Dreams Park tournament. It was GREAT having some space and the location is ideal. It's very close to both Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown, but also quiet at night. More than anything, John was a phenomenal host. He welcomed us when we first checked in, was readily available if we needed anything (we didn't), and had great tips/suggestions for experiencing both the tournament and Cooperstown. I will be suggesting Cank's place to future year teams from MN.

Great location and perfect house!

This house is perfect for staying Close to Dreams Park. About 5-6 minutes. In reality it is close to everything. The house is bigger than the pictures do it justice and my family loved it. It has a wonderful deck for watching the sunset. We took relaxing walks and felt like we were at home. The owners were so helpful with anything we needed and had great suggestions for shopping and telling us about the Clark center where my daughter could play tennis. In fact, we forgot a few things and they worked so easily with us to get them back to us. You won't be disappointed and will have a great stay!

Cank's Home Plate

This house was perfect for us. Check in was a breeze! It was quiet, clean, and very close to both Dreams Park and the town of Cooperstown. I would highly recommend starting here while playing CDP if you like quiet and convenient! 5 stars!!!!

Perfect for Dreams Park

The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, just between Cooperstown and Dreams Park. The owners were friendly and helpful. It was everything we’d hoped for as a home base for our trip.

John has been renting to Dream's Park families since it was established. Now also renting during a longer season for all that want to come enjoy Cooperstown and the surrounding area. So much history in this part of NY! And the heart and soul of Dream's Park and what it means to the players and families has always been near and dear to his heart. We have made many friends over the years, some we continue to visit with and stay in touch.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a home away from home. So important to have those comforts and space to spread out during a vacation. The luxury of an entire house for basically a cheaper price than a hotel room. Add other couples and split the cost and make this trip more economical. Very important to Dream's Park families is the closeness and ease of getting to the Park for those long days and late nights when you are staying just down the road. And so convenient to those guests that are planning to see as much as possible in the Cooperstown area.
