13 Splendid apartments of various types and sizes located within the 500esque building "CĂ  Bollani".



Third-floor apartment consisting of an entrance hall with open kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave; living room with sofa and dining table; two bathrooms with shower; and sleeping area consisting of three rooms, one with a queen bed, one with two single beds, and a last one with two double beds.

There is a sofa bed in the apartment.



On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. All apartments are also equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a free Wi-Fi line.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

The location was perfect. The host was very responsive and provided excellent instructions along with pictures. The check-in and check-out process was easy too. It was a bit cool in the apartment, and in one of the bedrooms, the radiator was not working. All in all, it was a great place to stay in a great location and with a lovely host.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very nice location. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Washer and dryer on the grounds. Enjoy this apartment very much with a family of 9. Elevator on ground floor was perfect for my mom in a wheelchair.

Venice was a dream. The place was easy to find and in a fabulous location. Our group loved the both the restaurant and the wine bar in the nearby square. From here you cpuld walk anywhere in the city or take water transpoeverything

The location was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. It was clean with plenty of towels. There were dishes in the dishwasher and we were not sure if they were clean or not. We added a few glasses and ran it when we left. The access to laundry facilities was a pleasant surprise.

Great stay near Rialto Bridge

Unit near many shops and restaurants and 5 minute walk from Rialto bridge. 10 to 15 minute walk to St Marks Square. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place

Location is excellent. Very close to Rialto, but a little bit quieter neighborhood. Spacious and as advertised. No dishwashing soap or paper towels or anything like that, but you can buy those at a nearby market. I would stay there again happily.

Family in Venice

I took 6 of my granddaughters, ages 16 - 24, and my daughter-in-law to Italy for 9 days. We stayed 2 nights at in the San Polo area and it was perfect for us. We had plenty of space and enough beds to accommodate all. Location was good, plenty of bakeries and restaurants around. Property managers were very efficient --- needed codes to access the apartment, and we were given good directions.

Apartment was in a great location; easy access to all activities we had. Good lay out for multiple families. Only negative was that AC units could not cool the rooms due to the extreme heat. Had to keep room doors closed to have semi-cool environment to sleep.

Spartan apartment in central location

Spacious, close to vaporetto and a lovely, low-key piazza. A great part of Venice to stay in. Accommodation is plain but clean. The kitchen supplies are meager. No extra towels, blankets, etc. available, and no staff on site. Email communication was prompt if a bit bureaucratic. Easy to store luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Location, Location, Location!

The location of this unit is excellent. Everything is easily accessible and walking through Venice is part of its charm. The unit is as described, with kitchen ware and dishes if anyone needs/wants to cook. Washer and dryer The only reason we give four stars to cleanliness is that the place was very dusty. We have allergies and they started acting up the same day we arrived. The washer / dryer are shared, but accessible if anyone needs to do a quick load of laundry. All in all, it was a good home base for our 2-night stay.

Fantastic stay in the perfect part of Venice!

We had such a great stay in Venice!! My wife and two adult kids stayed in the perfect apartment, in a perfectly located central and quiet part of Venice. the water Taxi is a one-minute walk, and the Rialto Bridge is just two minutes. The apartment is perfectly stocked, and was very comfortable! There are TWO washers and DRYERs that are accessible, and downstairs for your use, included in the rental. That made catching up on Laundry VERY easy once we figured out how and where! Check-in was perfect, and easy, and had the most detailed maps and pictures I have ever had in a VRBO! Excellent stay and we are already making plans to return!

The check in process was awful

The place itself was quite nice, but the overall experience was disappointing. The lack of transparency, especially with the website not working, made things frustrating. To make matters worse, being asked to take out the garbage at the end of the stay felt unreasonable. I expected a more seamless and respectful guest experience. You should have requested all necessary documents from DD in advance. It was very frustrating not being able to reach you, especially considering the amount of money I paid. I expected better communication and organization throughout the process.

Great location. Perfect size apartment for a large family (we had 8 people and were comfortable)

The location was fantastic. Great access to the water bus, Rialto, Frari and more remote locations. You could be in the hustle and bustle of the crowds or slip off the beaten path with ease. We were able to walk to anywhere from this location. The apartment was very large and comfortable. We had 4 teenagers and 4 adults and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was properly equipped with just about anything you'd need. We were there on the hottest week of the year. The apartment is air conditioned but stayed a little warm, but I think that is what you have to expect during such hot / humid conditions. All in all the location, size and comfort of this apartment are fantastic. The people at the check-in location were friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist. I would certainly use their service again. Please, in Venezia, don't just be a tourist. Go get lost. Go to the lesser known campo's. Enjoy authentic Venezia. Enjoy.

Couldn't get into property

Beware!! They supposably send the door codes at exactly 3:00 on the check in day. We never received the code. Got off the train in Venice at 5:30. Called the property and no one answered. Called VRBO customer support and they tried to reach the property manager and they couldn't get a hold of them. We ended up stranded at the train station for 2 hours until VRBO was able to put us in a hotel for the night. The next day I received an email from the property manager saying they sent the code (which we didn't receive) and that they do not have any one to answer phones after hours. Now we have to go through the process of getting reimbursed through the Book with Confidence Guarantee with VRBO which is incredibly difficult. Just try finding the claim form on VRBO's website. Looks like it's going to have to be a credit card dispute. If you book this property just keep in mind you have a 2 hour window to ensure you get the door code.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage. Die Zimmer waren renoviert und sauber, HandtĂŒcher ausreichend vorhanden, die KĂŒche mit SpĂŒlmaschine ausgestattet. Die Mitteilung des Codes funktionierte reibungslos In den BĂ€dern fehlten Haken, um BadetĂŒcher aufzuhĂ€ngen. In einem der beiden BĂ€der gab es keine Heizung.

Convient bien pour une réunion familliale

Nous Ă©tions 18 et avions louĂ© les appartements 6, 13 et 14. C'Ă©tait trĂšs agrĂ©able de se retrouver autour de la grande table de l'appartement 13. Pour dormir, il y avait assez de lits pour tout le monde, nous n'avons pas eu Ă  utiliser les canapĂ©s. Tout est trĂšs bien organisĂ© pour une entrĂ©e et une sortie autonome, les instructions envoyĂ©es par messages sont trĂšs claires. Chaque appartement Ă  sa serrure commandĂ©e par un code, cela est trĂšs pratique. Nous avions vu dans des commentaires qu'il n'y avait pas de machine Ă  cafĂ© ! nous nous sommes dĂ©brouillĂ©s avec des filtres ! Nous gardons de notre sĂ©jour un trĂšs bon souvenir. Etant superhĂŽte sur Airbnb aux Sables d'Olonne en France (vous pouvez demander Pause Sablaise Ă  Mr ou Mme Google) j'ai l'habitude des locations et des locataires, je me permets donc certaines suggestions. Appartement 13: Il faudrait revoir certaines prises Ă©lectriques qui dĂ©passant des murs ont Ă©tĂ© un peu endommagĂ©es (dĂ©-fixĂ©es du mur) et une partie de ces prises a tendance Ă  s'arracher quand on veut enlever la prise mĂąle d'un chargeur de tĂ©lĂ©phone par exemple. Le canapĂ© de la grande salle est trĂšs inconfortable, il mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre changĂ©. Appartement 6: Fort heureusement, nous n'avons pas eu a utiliser les 2 canapĂ©s lit car ils semblent dĂ©tĂ©riorĂ©s pour pouvoir y dormir confortablement. Dans une des chambres, la peinture d'un radiateur s'Ă©caille et le couvercle d'une baguette Ă©lectrique ne tient pas en place. Le joint de bas de rĂ©servoir d'un des WC est Ă  changer, un filet d'eau coule continuellement. Avant le dĂ©part, j'ai vĂ©rifiĂ© que tout Ă©tait bien rangĂ©, la vaisselle remise en place, les poubelles vidĂ©es et le linge de lit et de toilette regroupĂ©s au pied des lits car j'aime bien que mes locataires le fasse Ă  Pause Sablaise !

TrÚs bon séjour !

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour ! Bonjour nous avons quelques remarques: les toilettes d’une des salle de bain fuit au pied des toilettes. Les deux canapĂ©s lit sont trĂšs abĂźmĂ©s et il est difficile de dormir dessus quand on est un adulte et enfants plusieurs fenĂȘtres ne ferment pas correctement dans les 3 chambres.
