Welcome Travellers to your perfect getaway in the heart of the three cities ! Our charming 2BR townhouse combines comfort with timeless charm, offering breathtaking views from our Maltese balcony of the ancient cityscape and picturesque harbour that define this lovely location.

Our home has 2 large bedrooms which could easily host 7 guests and a fully equipped kitchen making it perfect for short and long term rentals.

Also access, to a fantastic private roof top, with amazing views.

WIFI and Air-conditioning included.

Living | Our innovative design integrates the first bedroom seamlessly into the living area and kitchen, creating a versatile space that adapts to your needs. During the day, the room serves as a comfortable living area with a cozy sofa. As night falls, it transforms into a second bedroom, complete with a pull-out sofa that easily converts into a double bed, providing sleeping accommodations for two more guests. This flexible layout ensures that our townhouse comfortably accommodates larger groups or families, maximizing both comfort and functionality.

Private Terrace (Roof) | Ascend to our private rooftop terrace, where you'll discover a lovely, spacious outdoor area. Seating arrangements invite you to enjoy our lovely weather whilst having meals, or simply enjoy the stunning views of Birgu's historic buildings and the captivating harbour. This exclusive outdoor space is the crowning jewel of our townhouse, offering a peaceful retreat for relaxation and socialising.

Kitchen| Our open-concept kitchen and living area seamlessly blend together, creating a harmonious space for both dining and relaxation. The kitchen boasts modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. A comfortable sofa in the living area invites you to unwind and enjoy your favorite TV shows or simply bask in the natural light filtering through the large windows.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, one includes 2 double beds while the other has 1 double and 1 single bed.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, both having a shower. each one is an ensuite, connected with each bedroom.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
