Summary:
This spacious, airy, and bright 2-bedroom apartment with the sea view is suitable for friends, families, and any kind of traveller. It is located centrally in Ta'Xbiex seafront, 5 minutes walk from the nearest rocky beach. The place is surrounded by restaurants, cafeterias and one of the best ice creams. The stunning view of Ta'Xbiex harbor and Valletta is surely something you don't want to miss!
The Space:
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a bright living area connected with the kitchen.
In the first bedroom you will find 2 spacious single beds, a wardrobe, a mirror and an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and the toilet.
The second bedroom, as well as the first one, consists of 2 single beds, a large wardrobe, and a mirror. Each bedroom has it's own individually controlled AC unit.
Just next to the second bedroom, you will see the door leading to the main bathroom, equipped with spacious bathtub, a toilet and a basin with mirror.
At the other end of the corridor, you will find the living area. It consists of 2 comfy sofas with a coffee table, the TV unit with a 50 inches flat TV. You will also find there the dining table with 6 chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary amenities. It is connected directly to the dining area, which makes it even easier to serve the meals.
The living area has an AC unit that cools/warms the entire area as required.

This is a selfâcheckâin holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self CheckâIn Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official checkâin time. If youâd like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and weâll confirm if itâs possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5â6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if youâd like to speak to someone directly.
Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Maltaâs Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self CheckâIn Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.
