The villa is divided into 3 spacious and comfortable apartments, each featuring tastefully decorated interiors. Please note that one of the apartments is occupied by the owners.

The small town of San Casciano, located in the heart of the Chianti region and offering all types of shops and amenities, is just 1 km away. Florence is 20 km away, and Siena is approximately 60 km from the property.

At guests’ disposal:
Furnished garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 1.8 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) shared with the owners, shared barbecue, and air conditioning. The villa is accessible via an unpaved yet well-maintained road. Parking is available within the grounds. Small pets are welcome. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

Maid service available upon request (to be paid locally). Extra bed available on demand (payment on site). Baby bed available free of charge.
