Lis-Ardagh Cottage 1 is a semi-detached, all ground floor cottage situated 0.5 miles from Union Hall in County Cork. This cottage sleeps six people in two family rooms with one double and one single, both with en-suite shower, basin and WC. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside, there's ample off road parking, a patio with furniture and shared use of the owners' garden. Lis-Ardagh Cottage 1 is a great base for a family with attractions and places to visit to suit all tastes in the area.
Amenities: Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Saorview, DVD, selection of books. Electricity charged via meter reading, first Â20 inc. in rent. Starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Private patio with furniture, plus shared use of owners garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Use of sauna and gym, available by prior arrangement with owner.
