The location is ideal to visit the most beautiful corners of Tuscany.
At guests' disposal: large, fenced-in swimming pool (14 x 7 m - min. depth 1,15 m - max. depth 2,5 m), lighted synthetic tennis court, personal furnished outdoor area for each apartament, barbecue, air-conditioning. Laundry available (payment on the spot). Parking within the grounds. Internet wi-fi available in a common area at the property entrance (only the apartment Capanna has wi-fi).
The property owners have 2 very nice and quiet German shepherds running free in the grounds.

Distances: the beautiful town of San Gimignano with a variaty of shops only 300 m away, Poggibonsi 12 km, Volterra 30 km, Siena 40 km, Florence 50 km away, Pisa and Lucca circa 85 km. The Chianti area is within 20 - 50 km.

Apartment on two levels, completely independent.
The ground floor has a kitchen with dining room, and a large garden outside, private, furnished and with barbecue.
In the basement there is a small living room with single sofa-bed (€ 50 per week) and TV, a bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom.
The rooms are air-conditioned and recently built, although maintaining the typical Tuscan style.
