For further adventures, admire the iconic Bedruthan Steps, just 4 miles away, where colossal rock formations rise majestically from the ocean. Explore the Eden Project, 20 miles away, for a fascinating educational experience amidst stunning biomes. The house is near Porthcothan Bay which is another of those locations which is just waiting to be discovered and explored. Within easy reach of Padstow and St Merryn, and a short drive up the coast road from Newquay and Mawgan Porth, the sheltered, sandy bay at Porthcothan is another of the many family-friendly beaches that can be enjoyed along this part of the coastline. It is also dog-friendly all year round, and boasts picturesque cliff walks and outstanding scenery.
