With five bedrooms and five bathrooms including wet room, this luxurious seaside escape is a wonderful place to gather with friends and family for a special celebration or a relaxing break. Less than 0.5 miles away, Trevone Bay Beach is your go-to for a sunny day either on the sand or in the waves. This area is well-served for beaches, with the other six of the renowned âseven bays for seven daysâ all within 5 miles. For family activities, head to the world-famous Eden Project (22 miles) or Camel Creek Family Adventure Park (6 miles). In Padstow, 2 miles away, thereâs an array of independent shops and excellent cafes, takeaways and restaurants, and if youâre feeling active, you can hire a bike and head out on the Camel Trail. On your way home, pop into the friendly village farm shop opposite the house and pick up some delicious goodies for dinner.
Comfort, style and practicality blend perfectly in this superb coastal getaway. From the double-height hallway, with its elegant Karndean floor, youâll access the huge kitchen/diner, the heart of the house, which has doors to the patio, a breakfast bar and a long, oak dining table. Step down into the lounge/garden room, a handsome space with a vaulted ceiling and oak beams. Truly welcoming in all seasons, this lovely room includes a Smart TV and a wood burner. For anyone who wants a quiet moment with a coffee or a book, thereâs also a small breakfast room which has a table, sofa and doors to the garden. After a day at the beach, the large utility room by the back door is a huge bonus, as it has laundry facilities and dedicated hanging space for wetsuits and handy ground-floor wet room. For easy access, completing this floor is a king-size bedroom which boasts an en-suite shower room. Head up to the first floor to find the remaining bedrooms, of which three are king-size, one with an en-suite shower room, dressing room and access to a large balcony with sea views. Another king-size room with a second TV and surround sound DVD shares this balcony, and a further king-size room has its own private, suntrap balcony.
