Excellent stay with warm and welcoming hosts. Everything was great. Restaurant downstairs was loud at night but not the hosts fault, all was great.

Perfect Lake Getaway

Our family of 3 spent 2 nights in this lovely apartment. Lino was very helpful throughout our stay, and the apartment was just wonderful. The view of the lake cannot be beat!! Location worked great for us; close enough to ferry dock to get to other Lake Como towns, but without the busy crowds. We had breakfast in the cafe downstairs each morning, and even had a dinner in the restaurant - excellent! Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking in the Bellagio area.

Excellent Apartment in Local Town

Great apartment with amazing view in a small quiet town with few tourists. Recommend staying here so you can see a small authentic Italian town and the more tourist-centric areas are close by. The bus to Bellagio comes through town once a hour and is easy to reach. Recommend taking the C30 bus from train station, as driving is challenging if you have never driven in Italy. Lino was a great host who met us on the property and assisted us with bus tickets, dinner options, ect during our stay. So far my most pleasant stay in all of Italy.

Wonderful space with an amazing view

This was an amazing host. When we arrived in Lezzeno it was raining and our host picked us up! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Would stay again.

Beautiful Views!

Lino and his wife were gracious hosts. The property has amazing views and everything we needed. Very clean too. We wish we would have had more time to enjoy. We appreciated that they had bus tickets available to purchase and all they great advice on getting around the lake. The parking onsite was big enough for the van we had. We would highly recommend this beautiful property when staying on lake Come.

Great place

Overall, great location and the amount of space you get is great. Those who are not used to stairs there are narrow stairs you will need to climb up and down. There is a parking spot available to park and there is a restaurant right below to enjoy a meal.

Phenomenal Lake Side Stay

This property is located in a delightful area of Lake Como with views of the best villas and the lake right on the sunny terrace. The ac worked so well, the rooms were completely clean and every amenity we could hope for. Lino was a great host, he helped us get bus tickets, dinner reservations and a taxi for the next morning! It is a bit of a trek or bus ride to the bigger cities but you can bring a car too. I would come back in a heartbeat. Note: there is a staircase leading upstairs that is tight.

Wonderful stay with amazing view

We absolutely adored this accommodation. Two bedrooms, three beds, all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed making espresso in the Moka, and they even had an American coffeemaker as well. The view from the balcony over Lake Como is absolutely incredible, and even though it was chilly in mid April, we enjoyed spending time out there during the day, and at night. Great host who was communicative, and lovely location to explore all the towns on this side of the lake.

Beautiful Apartment with Beautiful Views

The host was very accommodating and responsive, with good tips and recommendations. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very nice. Beautiful porch and views. Came with a parking spot. Nice location in a quiet village but still close bus or taxi ride to Bellagio. Would stay again when in Lake Como.

Better then imagined

Our place was great in every way. The view from the terrace was absolutely amazing. Lino was beyond accommodating. A fun plus we weren’t aware before booking is that you can see Richard Brandon’s home and the villa where scenes from both a Star Wars and James Bond movie were filmed. We would stay at this property again without a second thought.

Quaint and cozy

We absolutely loved our stay in Lezzeno. The property was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed spending time on the patio eating meals and watching the activity on the lake. Lino was exceptionally gracious and very responsive. We loved it so much! Quick drive to Bellagio too. We also rented a boat from Rent A Boat Lezzeno and spent an entire day on the water. I highly recommend both. There are restaurants that allow for public docking including the Aurora in town which had fantastic food and great service. We will be back!

Amazing View

We stayed with Lino with our 18 and 20 year old daughter's for 2 nights, and it was perfect. The balcony is amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. The girls got ready outside every morning. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good a/c. They are separated by a small hall that leads into living area and kitchen. There were several wines available for purchase, the one we had was excellent. There is a restaurant downstairs, so convenient for a coffee and croissant in the morning, and they didn't keep us up at night. It's close to Bellagio, a bit far from Como. I would recommend having a car for ease, but you can manage if you set up a driver, or can walk to the ferry or bus stop.

Amazing Views!

We loved our time at Lino's place. The views were great, the location was great - it was quiet, which is just what we needed. It was located above a restaurant/bar so you could wake up and head downstairs for your morning cappuccino and croissant! The unit does have very slanted and low ceilings, so may not be the best for those taller than 6ft. And we opted to take the local bus from the train station and that was not the easiest process, would highly recommend arranging transportation ahead of time. Lino was great, super responsive and kind, we only had 2 nights and that was not enough to explore and enjoy the area.

Great stay with a beautiful view

Lino is a wonderful host. Made us feel welcomed. The house has a beautiful view of the lake with Bellagio just a 15 min bus ride away. The bus stop is a short walk from the apartment. The home is cozy, comfortable and very clean. Our children loved staying in Lezzeno. The lake is accessible from many places and only a short walk from the apartment. There is a small mini mart to buy food/snacks, and a cafe/restaurant just below. Its a great escape for people who want to be close to the action but also want a quiet and relaxing place to get away with a beautiful terrace to take in the natural surroundings. We hope to visit again!

Apartment/ flat - Lezzeno

Charming Stay with Incredible Lake Views! Lino's Place in Lezzeno was everything we hoped for and more. The apartment is situated in a peaceful, scenic spot with stunning views of Lake Como from the balcony. Waking up to that view every day was a dream. The location is perfect—far from the crowds but close enough to visit nearby towns like Bellagio, which is just a short drive away. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, and we loved being able to cook meals and enjoy them on the balcony overlooking the lake. The living area was cozy, and the bedroom was comfortable, ensuring we got a good night's rest every night. Lino was an excellent host—friendly, accommodating, and always available to answer our questions. He provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The private parking was also a big plus. If you're looking for a tranquil, picturesque place to stay on Lake Como, Lino's Place is a fantastic choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous location!

This apartment in Lezzeno is even better than the pictures! The view from the patio in either direction on lake Como is spectacular. A great wine bar a few 100m from the apt. opens around 6pm...not to be missed. We tried a couple of restaurants within walking distance which proved to be very reasonably priced. The fish restaurant below the apt. Is amazing, plus they do take-away to enjoy on your patio with a view.....another not to be missed. Be sure to make reservations if you want to dine in. The drive to Bellagio is crazy. We parked the car for the 3 days and took the bus which runs every 30 min. The pick up location is about 200m from the apartment. All we can say is "when can we come back"! Travellers from Canada

Fantastisk ophold hos Lino

Lige fra ankomst til afrejse nød vi opholdet i lejligheden. Stille lille by med rigtig gode spisemuligheder. Super lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt over søen, hvor eftermiddags og aftensolen kunne nydes. Super kommunikation med Lino, som var behjælpelig med det vi havde behov for. Skal vi til Como igen vil vi helt sikkert søge på denne lejlighed.

Nous avons passé une très bon séjour chez Lino Situation parfaite de l'appartement à proximité de tous les sites incontournables de cette belle région des lacs. Appartement bien équipé et très confortable avec une superbe terrasse ouverte sur le lac. Merci à Lino pour son accueil.
