This top renovated 2 bedroom apartment sits directly on the beach walk in central Marbella and has both top location and top view. Only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful old town and the lovely Plaza de Naranjos with its variety of designer shops, tapas bars, restaurants. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Marbella marina and a 1 hour stroll along the beach to Puerto Banus.

Spacious apartment overlooking the beach, ocean, Puerto Banus and African coastline. The balcony provide the perfect place for watching the stunning sunsets and overlooks the boardwalk and best beaches.

The main bedroom has a 180 cm double bed. The second bedroom has also a double bed but can be made into 2 comfortable single 90 cm beds.

The modern sitting room is equipped with sofa group, dining table group for the whole family. The sitting room have direct access to the bacony (for sunbathing and al fresco dining).

The sitting room has also big glass doors from floor to ceiling towards the beach and ocean.

Wifi connection, AC, central heating, some international TV channels

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, micro, dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker, water kettle, tea pot, toaster, mixer, fridge and freezer.

The old city and the city center with shops, bars and restaurants are at short walking distance from the apartment.

A car is not necessary. But we can help you with a parking garage if needed. Please let us know.

We employ the services of an english speaking manager, to maintain and clean the apartment as well as meet and look after our guests.
I also work with a small local taxi company that can pick you up from airport.
We rent out more apartments, all first line Marbella city with amazing ocean view. Sleeps 2-6 people.

You also have a round dining table with 5 chairs that is just next to the fully equipped kitchen.

We are happy to treat all guests with a small welcome gift, cold water in the fridge and sparkling wine upon arrival.

If you need to use the bed sofa (or the extra folded bed) there will be a 100 eur extra charge for the bedlinen etc.
