Four beautifully appointed bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests—two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and there are an additional two guest bathrooms in the property.



Your true sanctuary awaits outdoors: a stunning terrace with sun loungers, comfortable outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill for leisurely al fresco meals, and a calming heated jacuzzi where you can soothe your muscles and take in panoramic views of the sea and surrounding nature. Guest Access:

The property has a lockbox with the main building key, and the apartment is accessed via a smart lock, open with a unique code for each guest.



Guests can access all areas of this holiday home except for the lock-up garage which is used as a storage space.



The Neighborhood:

There’s lots to explore and tons to do in St Paul’s Bay & close by areas for tourists of all ages and types. Bus access is great whether you want to visit our capital city Valletta, walk through our beautiful villages, or hop on a boat from Cirkewwa to spend a few hours on our sister island Gozo. If you’re renting a car you can park in the main road, right infront of the property.



Getting Around:

The island’s compact size makes exploring charming towns and stunning coastal views easy, while ferry services connect you to nearby islands like Gozo and Comino. You can easily explore the islands of Malta by renting a car, taking a bus, or opting for a taxi, all of which are simple solutions. Our Guest Experience Team is available to assist in organizing and providing more information on these transportation options.



Other Things to Note:

Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:

This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.



Submitting your eco tax online:

Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.
